Excellent service! Kim was wonderful. She cleaned my nails and took great care of me. My manicure looks amazing. The salon is very lean and their utensils are all sterile. They are located in the Acme shopping center. Definitely visit them!

It’s a shame the salon is very nice looking. But the service was not good. I have been getting my nails done for years and the job they did was horrible. I was embarrassed and found a new salon to fix my nails right away.

Not the most luxurious of nail salons, but that doesn’t matter to me. What matters is quality and price. These folks are friendly, good at their job, and the prices are great. Also, they are open on Sunday. Love them!

What a great salon & experience. Had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The staff was knowledgable and friendly, they even had the color I love! I felt welcomed and even though they were busy my wait was just a few minutes. I felt so pampered. Will go again, and again… :)

I originally liked this nail salon enough to bring my entire wedding party here the day before my big day. That’s when things went downhill. I feel like they rushed through my wedding party just to get everyone done(even though we were the only people in the entire salon first thing on a Friday morning with appointments made well in advance). My toe nail CHIPPED the morning of my wedding(without stubbing my toe or anything). The salon gave me a coupon for a free pedicure since I had brought so many people in for the wedding. I made an appointment and went to redeem my coupon and had a terrible experience. The salon was extremely busy and it seemed like they were pretty overwhelmed. I told them I wanted to do my manicure first(so that my nails could dry while I was getting my pedicure). Apparently this was a HUGE inconvenience for them because they were pissed. They were also super annoyed that my gel mani from another salon would not come off my nails.(However, they never scratched the surface of the gel to help the remover penetrate, as I’ve seen at various other salons.) The rest of my appointment reflected their annoyance. My manicure was done without much care. Literally they forgot to finish filing my nails on my one hand(not surprising that this hand chipped soon after). Finally I got to my pedicure and they did NOT even rub the bottom of my feet. I got a semi painful massage to the top of my feet(which is a tender area since it’s just bone), but they literally did not massage the bottom of my feet. At this point I was so irritated and stressed out that the free pedicure was barely worth it and I swore I would never return to the salon.

This was my first visit here and I got a spa pedicure. The employees were very friendly and even though they were busy I only had a five minute wait. I will be back!

After reading all of the great reviews on here about this nail salon I decided to give it a try since I live close by and haven’t found a nail salon I love yet. I got a acrylic refill with gel french manicure. The girl who originally did my nails did a great job. However, 2 days later two of my nails were already chipping. This is something I have never experienced with a gel manicure especially on acrylic nails. I went back to the salon to get them fixed and the girl who«fixed» them first tried to use regular polish instead of the gel like I paid for. She argued with me for 2 minutes before switching to the gel polish. The first nail was fixed correctly, with taking all of the polish off and redoing it completely. The second nail she touched up and now it looks like I have a glob of white out on my nail since it does not match the rest of the tip. Originally I was happy with this salon, but after going back to the correction I will not be returning to this salon again.

This was my first mani/pedi experience. I have always wanted one and figured why not now. I read many review about this nail salon and spa, most of them were fantastic. I have to say I was NOT disappointed. They were so friendly, they provided entertainment, and my hands and feet have never looked or felt sooooooooo good. The nail color was beautiful, what they did with my hands and feet were painless. I have done my own mani/pedi’s and I am always cutting too much of my cuticle and it hurts so bad for about 3 days after I do it. I decided while I was there I would get my eyebrows done. I have never let anyone but myself touch my eyebrows because I am always terrified they will be too thin and look ridiculous. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Just cleaned them up a little and shaped them a little, and poof gorgeousness lol. This was such a pleasant experience, I would love to go again, hopefully this weekend!

This place has the best mani-pedi. I go here quite often and have seen each nail tech that works here and i have nothing bad to say about any of them. There is one lady there who’s name is Jackie, she is awesome. She always addresses you by name which makes your experience more personal and i think comfortable and enjoyable. The place is always clean. There were a couple of times i came a few minutes before closing time and one of tech’s(i forget her name) always stays past hours to assist me. When i go i usually go Mon-Weds. to take advantage of their specials. I have gotten their hebal pedicure, which is a little more in price but soooo sooo sooo worth it. There is a menu u can choose what herbs you would like and i always get the green tea, and rosemary with a little lemon grass for exfoliation. These ladies truly take their time and show you extra attention. The regular pedi includes a hot stone massage which is to die for and they also use a warm towel massage as well. One thing i was pleased with was in addition to the chair massage the technician gives u an awesome back rub while ur nails are drying. This is definately my nail salon of choice.

I got a pedicure, followed by a French mani, and I didn’t realize what a great job they did until I broke a nail and had to stop by a place in Conshy to get it re-done(see my other reviews). My BF treated me to a mani/pedi in exchange for me agreeing to keep my nails long(I usually cut them super-short). The pedi was decadent — though never long enough. I can’t really say much about the pedi, as I’ve never had a bad pedicure. There was a miscommunication at one point — apparently they asked me if I was there for a manicure as well and I didn’t understand what they were saying and I just said«No» and then wondered why they sat me at the drying station and left… But my fault, not theirs. I’ve never been to a nail salon run by people whose first language was English, and I guess I really just need to either figure out how to communicate better or stop being embarassed to ask them to repeat themselves… Anyway, moving on… This was my first French manicure and I was impressed. I was nervous at first as she just casually wiped the white polish on the tips, but I was blown away as I watched her wipe off the excess to create *perfect* white tips! She carefully wiped on a nice sheer nude polish over the top, and then the top coat. I was delighted and I adored my nails! I’ve never had my nails as long as they were when I went here, and I’m pretty rough on my nails anyway, so it was less than a week before I saw the first chip, but it was about the same time that one of them started ripping(the nail, not the polish) and only a couple days before one of them broke/ripped off altogether, so that might give you an idea of how long my nails last in general, even without polish. It’s worth noting, btw, that I never usually get manicures, just for that reason. I always end up picking at the polish and they start looking horrible at the cuticle as soon as the nail grows a little bit. I’m quite impressed that these lasted as long — and as well — as they did. I will definitely go back here the next time the BF treats me to a mani/pedi. NOTE: When paying by credit card, be sure to tell them to add the tip before they ring it up, because there’s no «Tip» line on the reciept.

I come here fairly regularly and have always had a great experience. I usually get pedicures. The place is clean, the staff is nice and the prices are right. They are open later than most nail salons; until 7:30 on weekdays. They are closed on Sunday. Ethan Nails is a solid place to get your nails done.
