Got my first haircut today. They were really nice and friendly. Great attention to detail on the haircut. Looking forward to seeing the renovations. Will definitely go back in the future!

I guess the shop has been around for ages, with Bud owning it, but Bud sold it to Jason a while back. Jason used to work over at Stagliano’s in Collegeville before buying this shop. I used to go to Jason to cut my hair at Stagliano’s, and when I found out he bought his own shop in Phoenixville, I started making the drive over there instead. He charges less than Stagliano’s, and the vibe of the shop is much better. Jason’s a good guy and a good barber. Does what’s asked of him and does it well. I guess since getting his own shop, Jason started using an appointment system. In all my years in a barber shop I’ve never experienced this, but having used it now for a while, I’m a fan. You can book an appointment either a few weeks in advance, or you can call the same day a lot of the times, especially during less busy days. It’s actually been really good, especially since there is only one barber here most of the time, and it’s resulted in a lot less wasted time for me waiting behind 2 or 3 other guys. I do think he also takes walkins, but imho, no need for that when you can easily call in and get a same day appointment. Overall I like this place. Haircuts are within the normal price range($ 15), Jason does a good job cutting hair and he’s a nice guy to boot. Good to see a nice guy venture into business for himself, and do well.
