Big fan of Aman’s, my wife and I go there for dinner about every other month. We have tried other Indian restaurants but we always come back, I highly recommend Aman’s.

It’s good but the one in blue Bell was better. Although food was very tasty… service just a tad better at the other one but this warranted the 4 stars.

Went for the lunch buffet and was excellent! Great variety for a very reasonable price. Service was professional and attentive. Samosa was perfect, and the Tandoori and chili chicken was spot on. Spice was mild for anyone looking to leave the place with dry eyes!

I’ve eaten here at least a half-dozen times: consistently delicious. Friendly service, and they’ll modify your meal to suit your desires. The naan bread is perfect; I like the garlic. Dinners are great, but I really like the lunch buffet, where you can try a little of this and a little of that. They make you feel like family.

We had a great experience at the lunch buffet today# We asked questions about the items on the buffet and the staff was very knowlegable and accommodating. The food was also REALLY good! We are vegan, and there were plenty of options and they even surprised us and brought out a soup for us since the one on the buffet was not vegan. Great place!

Best Indian food in the area! I will definitely be traveling to dine at this great restaurant in the near future. We were in the mood for Indian food and were going to be in the Phoenixville area Saturday night. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and offered great suggestions on the menu choices. We shared two appetizers, lamb samosas and potato pancakes over chick pea«salad» and two entrees, bhindi masala and chicken curry. By far, the best moist and tender chicken – think Chick-fil-A tender, i have ever had at an indian restaurant. Usually it’s overcooked or rubbery from sitting too long. I cannot say enough about the chicken dish. Everything was plentiful and super fresh. We will surely be back soon!(I’d love to go for the lunch buffet.)

I’ve been here few times now and have been to their other branches many times in the past years as well. I would say, compared to the Aman standards, this location falls right in the MIDDLE. Again, this is in comparison to other Aman locations in the area. Décor and food much better than the Norristown site. But, we are die hard fan of the one in chalfont, PA — for the décor/taste/serivce. The service here could use a little improvement compared to the chalfont location. Overall, a great place for indian food near the Berks area.

I’ve had my fair share of Indian restaurants and this one is quite impressive. Excellent service, delicious food and plentiful portions. Not to mention it’s byob. Glad Aman’s decided to open up a location in Phoenixville.

Based on the excellent reviews on Unilocal I decided to finally try amans! I love Indian food and I honestly never had bad Indian food so I expected this place to be a positive experience. We started with naan bread and paneer shabslik which is basically veggies and cheese in a mild sauce and it was delicious. I got the chicken pudina kabab and it came with a side of rice, the chicken was full of flavor and the spices weren’t too spicy just the way at I requested it. Our server was very nice and had a good sense of humor which made the visit extra special! Not to mention that we got free desert! amans knows the way to my heart.

This is my first visit to this beautiful Indian restaurant. I really liked the ambience and locality. The staff are welcoming nice. I’ve opted for a vegetable buffet as I was not in a mood to wait for dining order. For vegetarians, the starters options are nothing but a pakora. And pakora is just average. But starting from main dishes and curries, everything is tasty especially Aman’s special dal and Mutter Panner are awesome. The dessert options are more and gulab Jamoon was too good. I may visit this place if I come to this town again.

I love this place for takeout. They’re really friendly and courteous — I stopped in with my young sons to order take-out, and they gave the boys mango lassi and me a hot tea gratis while we waited. And they asked us, we didn’t ask them for it. It’s rare to find anyplace where they treat people this way. For the buffet, I thought it was a little limited compared to the one in Norristown. Nor sure why they bring you the naan rather than having it at the buffet station itself. I wish the spicy dishes were spicier, but the flavors are great. For takeout, if you ask for Indian hot, you get a nice level of heat.

I ordered takeout the last time we were staying in the area. They have an extensive menu and their prices incredibly fair, so I ordered a few items: Naan, vegetarian sampler app, shahi paneer, mango lassi, and kheer for dessert. All of that for $ 23! Spectacular! They were courteous on the phone, and it was easy to find from our hotel. The restaurant was classy with several tables full. I didnt eat everything, but wow, it was amazing. I will be ordering from them again next time we are in the area.

My boyfriend and I have only been here twice, but both times were amazing. The service was great both times and waiters were quick to refill our water glasses and check on us. Our first experience was with the lunch buffet, which is decently priced for the quality and quantity of food that’s available. This was my boyfriend’s first experience with Indian food and now he’s hooked. The second time we came here was for dinner. It was a week night and there were only a few other tables. Service was great and the food was DELICIOUS. Just the right amount of spice. The shrimp vindaloo had a great flavor, as did the chicken curry. Can’t wait to go back and try something new!

We’ve been coming here a lot recently and we’ve really been digging it! When it comes to Indian you really want a place that has the same quality every time you visit. Aman’s has yet to fail us. We’ve been sticking to the vegetarian menu and enjoy every item from it. The naan is fresh and the service guys are really attentive and caring. They keep the place moving better than a lot of other places in the area. If you live in the area you’ll enjoy Aman’s.

This is the best freaking Indian food I’ve ever eaten. And I am no hick! It’s kind of insane that they are in Phoenixville. These guys could be fully booked at all times in NYC or London. Their loss is Phoenixville’s gain! The lunch buffet is incredible every time. Every dish is excellent — this chef has an impeccable sense of flavor. The spices! The sauces! The tandoori chicken! The free, unlimited naan! Not to mention the house made chai, which is spicy and unsweetened, and included in the buffet! Great service, too, and a lovely, quiet atmosphere. ANDTHERE’S A MANGOLASSIDISPENSER. I go here for lunch most days when I’m in P’ville. Then I get the bill, and it’s $ 10, and I weep with joy.
