Definitely a LIFE CHANGING choice, for me. Such a completely competent staff. ******
Such a caring doctor and team. After suffering with an enlarged prostate for many horrible years. (I say horrible years only because I was ignorantly, out of fear, avoiding
going for real help). Like many men, I tried various pills and herbal supplements … only a waste of time and $$. Maybe some of those things would have been a good idea, if begun
about 30 yrs earlier. Of course, most younger men don’t think very far ahead health wise,
I’m afraid. Anyway, I read about the GREEN LIGHT LASER procedure at least a year ago .
What I read was both positive and negative, causing me to hesitate. My opinion now is that
if the people who posted negative results, concerning their experience with this procedure, had sought out the best in his field, which I am certain Dr Mark Hong, has been proven to be, they would have had MUCH better results and would be showering praise on this fantastic man and his team, as I feel compelled to do .
Dr Hong, If you read this… please know that it is from my heart, and I am forever thankful .
I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this Urologist to you… especially if you have been putting off treatment for your prostate problem. Let my experience be a lesson: Don’t wait !
THIS WAS NOT SOMETHING THAT WOULD GET BETTER WITH TIME

Dr. is fine but their billing coordinator ruined what was a positive experience. Talks in circles, cannot provide any record of payment received. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I will never return to this office.

Absolutely the worst medical office I have ever been in. Wait times over an hour, rude staff, and doctors who think it’s not necessary to introduce themselves. This is after being told I would see a different doctor than who I was referred to. Called to tell them my symptoms had gotten worse and Cindy at the front desk said, «just because you have symptoms, doesn’t mean it’s a real condition.» Completely insensitive and I will NEVER return to this office. To top it off, they have no record of a procedure I had done there TWO DAYS AGO. Who is running this place? Do not go here if you can avoid it.
