Don’t ever shop here. The customer service is horrible and so is their return policy. They would not let me exchange and item that had gotten damaged in my possession even with the original tag attached and receipt, also it was within their ridiculous 14 day time period. I wanted the same item same size but was refused due to the damage. I loved this place until they treated me so poorly.

The reason why I’m giving xi a 3 instead of a one is because of I love there clothes they are very neatly organized and very affordable however there service is horrible ! If your looking for some help they never seem to want to help you find a size nor an item you might not seem to find. I think the girls there need huge help on customer service and making there customers feel like there willing to help !

This XI location is fully stocked with a variety of fashion options for all occasions. This is a larger retail fashion location neatly color coordinated styles from small to large sizes. In the back area of the store are a small selection of shoes and sandals. Next to this area is a tiny lingerie section and some accessories (makeup/jewelry). XI is not an expense store. The clothing sold at XI locations is affordable since name brand clothing is not for sale. They only sell XI brand clothing.
Plenty of dressing rooms and two cash registers. I have never had any problems with long lines or bad customer service.
