This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in… ive told them MANY times I have no hot water and they come and go but the problem is never
first apartment here had a leak in the roof and instead of fixing it they just had me move to another apartment but not after a long wait. if I knew the next apartment would never have hot water I would have taken them up on their offer to break my lease. I do not recommended this place. its not even worth it even if its your last resort. Not only is there no hot water but if you want to do laundry here forget about it cause the washer machines dont work and if you want to go for a swim in the summer thats a joke cause they have nothing bit an empty pool

As an owner of a condo unit in a neighboring community, this place is a DUMP! Boarded windows, laundry hanging off balconies, trash all over the lawn. This property is not maintained and unfortunately affects the other properties’ value around it.
