Terrible customer service. Transferred around 3 times and nobody was willing to check on an item for me. I was super sick and expected the staff to be somewhat helpful but they were rude and lazy.

Customer service at this location is poor, long lines, they don’t care. Seems like there is no clear leader there.

This is my local Walgreens. I’ve been coming to this location for years now. I would say this is a run-of-the-mill Walgreens location overall. It is usually pretty clean, the aisles are well-stocked, and their selection of medications is always pretty good. Price wise, they are decent. Not the cheapest around, but you can save a little if you get the rewards card. The staff is alright. It’s honestly hit-or-miss, depending on the day. I’ve had good experiences with the pharmacy though, for myself and my mom. I’ve used the photo center there and I do agree that it is sub-par. The feeling I got was that the person helping me had minimal training. The lines at this Walgreens are usually too long. Despite the two lanes(plus the photo center and beauty section, which have registers), there just aren’t enough cashiers. My last few visits included lengthy wait times just to buy a couple of items. In the end, the selection of items in this store are good enough for me to keep coming back. As is the location, which is close to my house.

Do not EVER get your pictures developed here. Out of the 100 pictures I ordered 50 of them were so blurry you couldn’t even see the picture. They are awful!!! Very very disappointed.

You would think that the pharmacy staff would have a little more compassion from someone suffering from Trigeminal neuralgia(tic douloureux) which is a disorder of a nerve at the side of the head. This condition causes intense, stabbing or electric shock-like pain in the lips, eyes, nose, scalp, forehead and jaw. Although trigeminal neuralgia is not fatal, it is extremely painful. This disorder can last for years and is very important to take pain pills to tolerate it for it is one of the most painful things to ever experience. We have been waiting over an hour inside of walgreens watching them walk around and not pay any attention to my mom who had just came straight from the ER. Walgreens, THISISINEXCUSABLE!

Staff at this Walgreens is friendly, the selection is good, and the store is clean. Yeah you’re gonna get hit up for money walking in – just wave them off. The pharmacy is efficient and I’ve had good service at the photo counter getting a passport photo taken. All in all, this is what all Walgreens really should be.

I am visiting the area to see a friend and have been going to this Walgreens to pick up little things since it is close by. I’m so surprised with how the staff treats me, I feel like I’m back home. I don’t know any names but the man that stands at the door with spiky hair and the woman that was working the cosmetic counter with dark hair were so nice. It actually makes me pick going there over Target which is right next to it for the little things I need. Always enjoy being treated nicely and a good atmosphere, good job on the hiring Walgreens!

this Walgreen is convenient, right next to the montebello light rail stop and on 19th. Look for the walgreen bucks before buying and save that money! You can use the walgreens bucks that same day for your next purchase! They also have a private lot woohoo!

If you’re in Phoenix, you have approximately a 99% likelihood of finding a Circle K, 7 – 11, AM-PM, QT, or a Walgreens at any major intersection, sometimes you’ll even find more than one. While you may be surprised to think of a drug store like Walgreens in the same category as convenience stores, it seems that the aging of the baby boom generation means that shoppers don’t just need convenient beer and sodas, they also need convenient prescription drugs. This is one of the many Walgreens built during the past decade throughout Phoenix and it is pretty standard. All of the items you could need including snacks, sundries, toiletries, greeting cards, seasonal items, and a pharmacy for the aforementioned prescription drugs. Parking is easy to get to and convenient to the store and this Walgreens is located at a good location near the Christown Mall and Phoenix Baptist Hospital.
