Love this place! I’m a newbie and Ely has been so helpful. I had an issue with my brand new vape and thought I was going to return it. When I came back in, Ely was at the counter again and fixed the problem in less than a minute.
I came in feeling a little unsure and had no idea what I was getting myself into. The staff is so helpful and got me on the right track.
I will be coming back here for all my vaping needs! Thanks guys!

Love the 15% discount everytime. A very nice selection of flavors. Personal favorite is the mylk brand. Only con is that they wont rebuild your atomizer even if you purchase juice from them whereas other places do.

This store is very clean and organized. They juice variety is remarkable and Mark and Daniel were both very helpful and knowledgeable of the questions I provided them. I’m from socal and I came down to visit my family. There was plenty of other vape shops but my cousin recommend this one. Glad to obtain experience here at vape central and will definitely be back next time when I visit.

Prices are high, and the employees are extremely rude. I’ve spent more time being ignored and talked down to than any customer should. When I came in with questions about my malfunctioning Kanger, I was told «it happens». It seems serving patrons is a bother to the people working at this store, and customer service is clearly not something they have any grasp on. I also bought hundreds of dollars worth of products here, and yet seem to have no rewards points even though I signed up for Fivestars. Some reward…

Just started vaping in the past two weeks. Heard about VapeCentral through a friend who works there. First time I went in I had great customer service from two employees. They helped me and set me up with a great mod for the price range I was willing to spend. Also they have a huge selection of ejuice flavors. This is my new spot to buy and try new products.

Great shop… very informative and helpful in getting you lined out on what you need. Wish they carried 30ml in Pound Cake but they only carry the 15ml. Great rewards program offered-​so take advantage of it.

Great service and great prices. However if your buying a device double check the box. Got home to realize there was no charger. Luckily I had one from a previous purchase that worked.

Stop in here often for liquid and other supplies for my vape enjoyment. Love the store and the staff. Very helpful and not at all annoyed by those of us that constantly try all the amazing flavors they stock. They have a great «self help» type of juice bar for sampling which I love. Prices are pretty typical and not really better or worse then other same type establishments. Wish they opened a bit earlier the 11am but again, fairly typical for vape stores. Location is decent … Now all they need to do is improve the reception for incoming calls (you call them and it’s impossible to understand them and the reception fades in and out) and Internet (have to leave the store for my phone to connect) and all would be 5 stars!

Service is usual for a bustling vape shop — scattered and short (you have to be assertive) but I didn’t have to try too hard to get service, and it went pretty quickly. I wish sampler tips were available without asking so I could sample the flavors without having to wait for an associate (the flavors are all laid out on the counter, but tip-​less). Prices are fair there. You can tell that they aren’t trying to hustle you. Nice and clean, posh atmosphere.

Well… This used to be my favorite shop in AZ. I’ve spent a LOT of money here, well over a grand. Bought a skeleton key, IPV4, numerous RDA’s, tons of juice, and my last purchase a 200 $ Petri Mod. Where they lost me as a customer is when my brand new mod has a non-​functioning button. I bring it back in two days later with the firing button jammed and the guy behind the counter just kinda stares at it and says it must be my fault and they can’t do anything about it. I explain that it’s not my fault (and it wasn’t) the mod is cherry. Not a scratch, ding or nick. Still though, no help. They won’t replace it, they won’t handle contacting the manufacturer, nothing. Caveat Emptor is apparently the name of the game, even if they sell defective merchandise.
Now you might be thinking, oh hey, this guy must have dropped his mod and wanted a freebie. Well, I got in touch with James over at dot mods. Small world, turns out we went to the same high school back in SD. I ended up being out there for my girls graduation and got to meet up with him and see the factory. Great guy, and proper customer service. He figured out the issue (manufacturer defect, no worries, it happens) and swapped out my button for a working one. Which really, is all I would have needed to be kept as a happy customer.
I guess my point is that as a B&M vape shop, they only thing you offer over online stores is customer service. With an online shop I can get better selections and better prices. What is the point of paying higher prices, driving half way across town, and still getting told to kick rocks when getting sold a defective product. When I have to LITERALLY drive six hours away to deal with the manufacturer because you can’t be bothered.

Great shop, guys are very helpful, great selection of juices and ability to sample all of them. If you don’t know what you want, they know all of their products and can make great suggestions. The place gets a little busy and sometimes they seem a little understaffed at those times but they will get to you eventually. They also have a rewards program (5 stars) that is another great reason to keep coming back, giving you coupons with the receipt and email deals. Like this location better than the one in chandler, though both are good places to get your fix.

We live right next to Butt Out and we still drive to Vape Central. That should say it all right there.
* I think a Vape shop should feel very welcoming especially to newbies (this shit can be confusing)

* No pressure sales
Vape Central hits all the marks and that’s why it’s my go to place right now.

Hands down, best in Phoenix, best in Arizona (from what I’ve seen), and honestly one of the best in the west as a whole in all aspects. They have Juices and mods suitable for beginners all the way to experts and cater to every audience as best they can. Great staff, very helpful, great selection.

Just stopped in based off a friends recommendation. Talk about a friendly shop thats very knowledgable. They have a great selection of some amazing tasting juice. So happy I ran across Vape Central.

Visited here for the first time the other day and was really impressed. They have a great selection of ejuice including some high end juices that are hard to find anywhere else. They carry Five Pawns liquid which you can’t go wrong with. I’m particularly hooked on Castle Long and Grandmaster at the moment. They also have a good selection of hardware too. Just picked up an aspire sub ohm mod and got 15% since they were having a sale. Wish there was one closer to my side of town but I will be back regardless.

Just checked out this place to see their selection of premium juice. Good selection, liked the music playing and staff were super friendly. Will be back.

Nice people great prices and they carry my fav moon sugar! Plus they are open later then other places so that’s cool! The chandler location is cool too!

First place I found that contained ALL the components that I like. Very pleasantly surprised by the selection and price. Will visit again.

At the moment, I am the duchess of Vape Central, but I don’t plan on coming back.
I was really impressed and excited about this sweet new Vape spot, but the more I frequented the more I realized this place sucks really.
At first glance, they have a large selection of juice… but really they fail at keeping juice stocked in different milligrams. You want the Cran-​Chi in 6 mg? Oh too bad we only have it in 18. This happened everytime I came in with every flavor I wanted.
What really chaps my ass is the pitiful customer service. They are just kind of inadvertently rude as hell. When I walk in please don’t just stare at me like you’ve never seen a customer before and are totally baffled as to why I am there. Instead try this… «Hi. Can I help you find something?».
I bought a tank from them and it quit working in 2 days. I came back to let them know. Some dipshit tried to say it’s only suppose to last 2 days. LOL! Even the other guy working turned and looked at him like yeah that’s definitely not true.
So in conclusion, Vape Central you lost a customer who use to sing your praises. See ya never again. I’ll be at Butt Out on 7^th st & Virginia.
