If I could give them 0 stars I would. Cheap and you get what you pay for. Everything that could go wrong with this company went wrong. Terrible service-​waited over 4 hours just for a call back about pricing, and was told totally different procedures when I called a week after my initial call to confirm everything. They were disorganized, rude, and confusing in a time when you need people to be understanding and compassionate. Tried to charge me $ 200 to see my baby for 5 minutes before they cremated him, plus the cremation fee. Would not accommodate any type of service at my house. Had a random person who said she was «just answering the phones and didn’t know anything» when I called the last time. I gave up and picked a different mortuary and VERY glad I did!
