This last time I went I saw Kelly, the NP, and she was great. She was very caring and took her time. I’ll definitely be going back to her next time. The front office women were ok, but made a few mistakes and didn’t seem to care about their job much.

I had an ablation surgery in January, after waiting 10 months and still having pain, I went back for a wellness exam. Dr. Sweeten was very impersonable, which I felt was unprofessional, almost like she was annoyed to be there. I asked a lot of questions and I just kept getting this feeling that she doesn’t want to be there in the room with me. She gave me options on treatment and expected me to make a snap decision(um.a hysterectomy without asking questions? Are you kidding me?) I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a little bedside manor when you are considering removing my lady parts. I understand that everyone has bad days but kept thinking that her ego has gotten in her way of treating patients, the whole reason(I hope) she became a doctor. I think I’ll be going elsewhere. When it comes to lady issues, I need some compassion which I don’t believe this office offers. Even the ‘nurse’ seemed like she hated her job.

This is an update to a previous post. My menstrual issues persisted after the uterine ablation that Dr. Sweeten performed. In May 2015 I was diagnosed with adhesions, which are scar tissue that builds up in the uterine cavity after trauma. In my case, it was the ineffective treatment by Dr. Sweeten. Since she was quite clear that she didn’t follow up with patients after surgery, I chose to seek treatment from a REAL doctor who is skilled and professional. The damage Dr. Sweeten created resulted in a need for a hysterectomy. DON’T seek treatment from this«professional.»

If you like a doctor who is impersonal then you’ve come to the right place. I have been going to understanding women for my yearly wellness exam for several years. I usually see the nurse practitioner who was really great. Then I had to see Dr Keri Sweeten For some tests, after going home and remembering that I forgot to ask a few questions. I called and was told that I would have to make an appt to see Dr. Sweeten at a regular doctors visit fee. I said I just need 5 min of her time will you please have her call me, when they asked her she said I had to make an appt! She couldn’t be bothered to take 5 min to call me and answer a few questions about my recent visit and tests. She misdiagnosed my problem and I ended up in the hospital 3 times. Shame on you Dr Sweeten, your bedside manner is terrible. You have lost a patient.

Love this business. Anything having to do with health and beauty for women can be found here. Jaki is fantastic… I can always drop in for a b12 shot for energy. They are all so nice here and its nice to have everything including gyno in one place.
