Ulta

This was the first time I had attended the salon at Ulta and had Jeanette as a stylist. She did a great job helping me choose a hair color and making sure I got the color I wanted. Very happy with the cut, color, and customer service.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve had some really great help. However, this last time I was in there one of the salon workers was in the product area helping someone pick a product. When she finished she asked me and another lady if we needed help. The lady next to me said that she needed help finding a conditioner and I kid you not, the ladies response was «You need a haircut. That’s what you need» and proceeded to hand the customer a business card. I realize this doesn’t capture the attitude of the whole store, but if that had been my only experience I would do whatever I could to find my products elsewhere. That is a horrible way to treat customer.

I usually have my brows threaded, after too many botched waxings that leave me with «shocked and bewildered» as my resting expression. I couldn’t get to my usual girl and I was already in ULTA to get some eyeshadow primer, so I thought what the hell.
I wasn’t sure how to get on the books, so I flagged down an employee who asked Haley if she could do my brows. She said she could, but was taking a business call, so it was going to be a few minutes.
I was pretty nervous, because of all my previous experiences, and ready to jet, but Haley came in the nick of time. We discussed what I wanted and what I liked and didn’t about my brows. I’ve never been one to fill and apparently I’ve been having my brows shaped incorrectly for my entire life, but the finished product is really nice. I’m not sure I love this new eyebrow look, but I’m going to stick with it a while to see if I change my mind.
Objectively, she did a wonderful job and my brows aren’t itchy, like they tend to be when they’re threaded. They’re also heavier than I’m used to, but they do look great. This is a four instead of a five because I’m flip flopping on how much I like the new look. Right now, I think I’ll go back again.
I could really have done this review in the sentences, but wanted to outline the whole experience, in case it helps somebody else who’s on the fence of switching to waxing from threading.

This is the most unfriendly store they have. I just walk in and not one employee would stop there gossiping to help me. when I finally have to ask someone for help, and she was rude. ULTA rude is there employee policy.

If you want a store that is unorganized and has horrible customer service go here!!! The ladies here are rude and arrogant.

So wanting to spend money here getting a couple makeup pallettes and what not… and we can’t get any stupid help! I finally go to the counter to ask for help and am given such
attitude! Thanks for nothin lady!

If you’re looking for a facial, Brandi is the girl to see! She recommended a product months ago that has worked to clear up my skin and I got the pleasure of having her give me a facial. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and overall a great resource for skin on this side of town! I already scheduled my next appointment :)

Love this Ulta, mostly because of Kyndal (spelling possibly incorrect and if it is, I apologize for being a terrible human being) and the Benefit Brow Bar. Kyndal always makes my eyebrows look amazing and is incredibly helpful with her recommendations of products, both Benefit products and other brands that Ulta carries.
This Ulta is generally a great location because of its large size, convenient parking, and close location to other shops.

The stock was not that good especially since it was during the holidays. I really didn’t like the need to search for the price of things since it wasn’t on the items or anywhere near the item. Disappointed in many ways.

Just moved to this side of town a couple months ago and was looking for a new place to get my hair cut. I’m pretty picky since a lot of stylists will treat a guy with long hair like they’re a woman and you end up with a ridiculous hair cut. I went in to Ulta yesterday and spoke at length with a stylist there who was very helpful. She then set up an appointment for me to get my hair cut with a different stylist. I was very happy with hair cut itself and all of the information and advice they provided. I plan on using them from here on.

Love coming here. They have the normal drug store cosmetics and beauty supplies and the high end as well all in one store. Can’t beat that.

Called this location to reschedule an appointment, after approximately 10 rings, someone pick up on their end then hung up. I called back again, after approximately 5 rings a young lady named Meagan answered with an annoyed «Ulta, can I help you?». I attempted to explain the reason for my call, and I was answered with another annoyed, «What? I can’t hear you.» By that time I was annoyed, so I just hung up.
Customer service is not this location’s strong suit. The employers need to school their employees on phone manners. If you want customers to keep coming back, professionalism is highly recommended regardless of how your day is going.
Needless to say I will be canceling my appointment (in person) instead of rescheduling and shop a different location from now on.

Every time I’ve ever been to this location I’ve been disappointed by the staff who are very rude. I only go here if I need to buy something that only they sell, other than that I avoid this location!

good place to buy the women in your life a gift. except the always try to sign you up for IN STYLE magazine. AND they have my ISSEY MIYAKE cologne.
