My son started going to Triple R when he was 12 weeks old and continued there until he went to kindergarten. My daughter also started there at 12 weeks and is still going there now. There has been some turnover but my daughter has a lot of the same caregivers that my son had. They both love the daycare and my son still goes there during school breaks. There was a point where my son was having behavioral issues and the owners Julie and Lisa worked with us to get through it and were great about it.

Awful! Don’t waste your money! I wish I could give them zero stars. The«owners» could care less about the quality of the center and are very rarely available or even show up to work on a regular basis. The front desk staff are rude, completely useless and never have an answer to any of your questions. They claim they have a «curriculum» for each classroom, yet, the majority of my child’s day was spent coloring and playing with toys. I think the only qualification they look for in hiring a teacher is if they have a pulse. The summer program for school-age kids was an absolute joke last year. Claimed they would have daily projects and take weekly fieldtrips, but the teacher quit after 4 days and was never properly replaced. No refunds, or even an explanation. Just took our money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Spend a little more at one of the nationally known centers. Your kids may actually learn something.

If you want your child to sit in a bouncer or crib and cry all day unattended, take them here. They care about your money; they make that very apparent. They do not care about the well being of your child. I can speak from experience. Do your child a favor; find a place that is not so sterile and unaccomodating. Like I said, their only concern is your money. They do not provide anything other than a place to store your child when you have to work.

The ladies actually taking care of my children are wonderful with them. However, dealing with Crystal in the front has been a nightmare. She is rude and very unprofessional, often speaking to the other staff members condescendingly in front of parents.

Like the Anonymous reviewer from 7÷24÷12 said, they leave your baby in the crib to cry and don’t give them any attention other than to feed or change them. I had my son here 2 days, and both days I walked in to pick him up and found him screaming in his crib while at least one of the ladies working there was just casually filling out paperwork. There is one lady that works in the infant room from 6:30am-6:30pm 5 days a week! That shouldn’t be allowed to happen. No wonder she is burnt out and doesn’t care when the babies are crying. I almost quit my job as well to stay home with my baby, but then found other options that are much more caring and actually interact with the babies and do developmental activities with them like tummy time, playing music, etc. There are much better options than this place and you don’t necessarily have to spend a lot of $$ to get good care!

Best child care in the area. These folks really care.
