Unethical and illegal business practices. This organization will hold your vehicle illegally, demand documentation not required by law to release a vehicle, and intentionally make getting your vehicle back challenging to rack up the fees. Rude. Vehicle was stolen and stored at this lot and simply asking questions was an ordeal. The lady I spoke with constantly interrupted me and gave me wrong information since she did not know what I was actually going to ask. These people should not be in business.
