Wonderful idea when traveling abroad, makes things very convenient when paying abroad BUT, if there is an issue with a charge that is wrong, any other customer service issue, they are TERRIBLE. Found out 9 months after our trip that an additional charge posted. No one could tell me what it was. Filed a dispute to find out. Another threatening letter, two hours on the phone, a drive to pay the charge, not able to because they wouldn’t accept it, now have to go to chase bank personally to try to pay it.
