I shipped a TV from this UPS store that cost me about 100 $, not only did I got the TV, it got send back to the store. The store owner was not willing to ship it back to me for free so I have my friend pick it up. After my friend picked up the TV, it was already broken. I will never use UPS again. I do not recommend anyone to use this UPS store. Horrible customer service. I lost the TV that cost me 600 $ and the 100 $ shipping fee.

This business is on here twice. Anyways the staff is very helpful and friendly, it gets busy at times so the wait time gets long. Very convenient when it comes to mailing packages.
