The Turn Condos

I see that Natascha and my family had the same nightmare. We put our rent check in the designated slot. It was «lost.» We went to court. The attorney for The Turn dropped it. (Obviously, with prejudice. Not clear at the time). We just tried to rent an apartment, thinking that nightmare was behind us. They have (unbeknownst to us, because we were never notified) a judgment against us. UNBELIEVEABLE. Why does this large corporation have a need to destroy lives? Apparently, it has happened before.

I have lived here a whole year and I’ve never had any problems with roaches and scorpions that some people complain about. I have a premium apt facing the golf course. The community is very quiet and I walk my dogs all hours of the night. No fault of the community but there are a few stray cats that can send my dogs in a frenzy. There are pet poop stations set up around the area and some people still refuse to use them. I can’t swim but there are 2 sparkling swimming pools and one with a jacuzzi for the residents. Also a 24 hour fitness center that accommodates the resident’s. The staff right down to maintenance are very friendly and helpful.
The location is convenient to the 17 and you are close to Walmart, Frys etc. This is a great area to live in. Also with the premium apartment, I got a garage. I like that because sometimes parking can be a challenge at night.
So if you want a quiet, safe, friendly place come on to The Turn Condos. Oh yeah my son went to Thunderbird so even the school system is excellent compared to other places.

These apartments are a NIGHTMARE. I lived there for two years and had nothing but problems from everything ranging from roaches to scorpions to the «management» team loosing my rent! They are so unbelievably incompetent it’s ridiculous! And the best part is, even if you move out and give a notice they will still put a judgement on your credit for unpaid rent! UNBELIEVABLE! Oh WAIT!!! There is one good thing about this location… There is so much marijuana smoke in the air that you are guaranteed to get a contact high. What a joke.
