I had an amazing experience, I spoke with their in house pain specialist, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great service and they checked on the progress of my card after the 10 business days they quoted to get it in

Well, since this is my first time doing this I don’t really know what to expect, but I do know customer service. The doctor was professional and helpful. 4 or 5 stars for him. The staff? Well, let me tell you… they have my mailing address, my e-mail address, and my phone number. I paid them for the visit, but apparently, they need me to give them my credit card number AGAIN, to pay the state fee(you see, I paid them an extra $ 50 to file the paperwork for me since I’m really lax about stuff like that) Here it is, 12 days later, and I hear an old voicemail telling me that they can’t process the paperwork without a payment method. I don;t know about you, but i’m one of those people that have FB messaging, texting, and e-mail. Hence, I never check my VM. They couldn’t e-mail me? They texted me to tell me my appointment needed to be changed – why couldn’t they do that again? I think I want my 50 bucks back and I’ll file the stuff myself at this point.

Although the location was busy, the process could not be more speedy and professional. Have your paperwork in order, be prepared, and let the clinical and clerical teams do their magic. My only complaint is that the camera for my photo took a pretty dark picture for my card. I would like it if you could present a brighter ID image so that my card looks as progressive as the service I received.
