Overpriced? Yes. Convenient? Absolutely. Great service? The best! Having worked in the Meridian Bank building for almost three years, I have eaten at Crown Café more times than I can remember. The place is run by a great family, and they are always so accommodating and friendly. The menu doesn’t have anything exceptionally special, but it’s all good. My favorites are the Turkey, Bacon & Muenster wrap(also has mayo, lettuce, and tomato) and the Grilled Cheese Deluxe(grilled cheese with tomato and bacon). Bread selections include white, multi-grain, sourdough, rye, French roll, and croissant. There are a few salads on the menu, including an Oriental Chicken with a sesame dressing. In the event of a sweet tooth, look no further. Their«Devil Dogs» are legendary in my office, as are their iced sugar cookies and massive brownies. The cooler has a large selection of bottle drinks which include energy drinks, juices, Starbucks iced coffees, and the usual canned sodas. Fountain drinks are limited lately, but you can select from Coke, Diet Coke, Minute Maid Lemonade, and sweetened Raspberry Iced Tea. Their freshly brewed iced tea is my absolute favorite. All fountain drinks come with one free refill. This place is great for large meetings or group lunches but is also comfortable enough to go down for a quick lunch. Crown Café caters lunches within the building and also sells their baked good, including full sheet cakes, with advance notice. The service, quality, and convenience make Crown Café’s(slightly) inflated prices entirely worth it. Should you have occasion to visit the Meridian Bank Tower during the week and find yourself needing a quick lunch or snack, head down to the basement and stop in!

Sort of overpriced but decent food and a very spacious dining area with TVs. They are opened 8am to 2pm. The breakfast selection is limited(bagel and english muffins, etc.) but a pretty wide variety of lunch options, including salads, chili, deli sandwiches, and subs. I have only had their deli sandwiches and they’re not bad. I have heard from multiple coworkers that the grilled cheese is quite yummilicious. Also, the cookies, brownies, parfaits, and cakes have always looked pretty darn good to me, but I have never tried them. It’s located in the basement of the Meridian Bank Building I work in, so I will continue going there even though it’s a bit overpriced. The service is good and the people are always nice!
