Employees here are heartless. First off half the people working in the airport don’t even know where this place is. I asked two different employees where the club at phx was and they both directed me to the admirals club. They told me that I had to get there by 3:30 because it changes to BA customers only. Well I finally get to the club at phx and it was exactly 3:31pm. I explain to them what happened and their response was” you’re going to be even more disappointed because we just closed the club. It’s only for British airways at 3:30pm. I was completely soaked in sweat from trying rush to get there.

The Club at PHX is a good place to hang out while waiting for a flight at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. As an American Express Platinum Cardmember, I get access to this lounge through Priority Pass. The snacks are fairly limited, but there is an open bar. The downside is that access for Priority Pass member’s access ends at 3:30. But this place is A-OK!

This place stinks. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The food options were pasta salad and muffins. The bottle of Guinness was good though :-; This place is really cramped and you have to leave to use the restroom. I’d rather just go pay for a meal in D terminal than suffer through this place.

I’m very unhappy with this priority pass location. Unlike most priority pass clubs, this one closes at 3:30. Now, on the weekends or holidays that wouldn’t be unreasonable but The Club turns into a British Airways only lounge after 3:30 so if you aren’t flying BA you are out of luck. If priority pass members got a discount – I’d add another star. But it just isn’t right that our expensive membership becomes worthless at the early hour of 3:30.

I used this place for a BA flight to LHR, as an OneWorld Emerald member I got in for free with a guest, it is not very big but it wan’t very crowded given my lounge stays at various BA contracted lounges for my trans-Atlantic flights. The bartender kept the drinks coming, the food was huh, and the BA service desk was only open for a very limited time. The thing was that the bathroom was not inside the lounge so you have to walk out of the lounge and into a public bathroom. Wish there were more TVs as well because the one TV that I remembered was showing some boring news show.

This supposed to be a relaxing place. Instead there were 2YOUNG children running in circles while dad ignored them and mom was on the phone. After having my foot run over twice, I decided to move. I think there she be a child«area» or age limit. Better yet, Parent responsibility!!!

Decent place that’s tucked away upstairs in the last B terminal at PHX. Pretty small lounge but decent view of the tarmac I guess. There were chips and other snacks out when I stopped in briefly, and there was a bar where you could get beer/wine/liquor(has to be poured/served for you). I only asked for a btl of water and munched on some chips. Place definitely showing its age a bit, most seats will not have power outlets. Don’t think I’d pay the $ 35 or whatever it is to come in and use this place but since I had membership through my CC, it’s far better than sitting in the waiting area.

I guess desperate times calls for desperate measures… I was stuck at PHX for a long layover and was overjoyed to see that there was a Priority Pass accepted lounge. Granted I had to walk a long way(Gate D to Gate B). But it was worth it to find an oasis to hang out in. Bear in mind that at 3:30pm, the lounge converts to a British Airway lounge only. However, if you arrive before that, you can just stay and they won’t kick you out(at least I haven’t been kicked out and its 4pm). The lounge isn’t the biggest, but it is clean. The restrooms are outside the lounge door(kind of a pain). The offerings are small but decent. There were 4 selections of popcorn, some cookies, and pasta salad. Nice bar(with decent selection), coffee, and soda. Once 3:30pm hit, they cleared stuff out and brought in soup, sandwiches, veggies, and cheese. There were ample plugs to charge your electronics along the walls. Seats were decent. Once again, not the nicest lounge, but I was just happy to have somewhere to chill.

This place was just ok compared to other airport lounges. Since it was free for us it was better than sitting in crowded terminal. If you had to pay $ 35 entry fee you would probably not be happy. Very limited snack selection and very small bar with limited choices. The bartender was the same person assigned to clean up and replenish snacks. Very small facility. If it’s free go. If not, save your $$$.

Small little club at Phoenix. If you are a lounge club member, this is your only option. Clean. No showers. Limited snacks. Full bar however AZ state law does not allow you to serve yourself and there is a bar tender. Most lounges allow you to serve yourself. All in all of you have time and you want some chips and a few cocktails its a nice spot. Note there is only one TV so if you’re wanting to watch the playoff games and someone else wants NASCAR, first come first serve. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Nice little lounge nestled at the end of N4 councourse, between B15-B28. If you have a Priority Pass, come before 3:30PM so you can enjoy the real food they serve around this time. It becomes a British Airways lounge after 3:30PM and they won’t honor Priority Passes. they serve soups, sandwhiches, cheese, veggies, chips, and cookies. They also have a wide selection of Coke products and mini bottled waters. Alcohol selection is standard and complimentary. Sadly, they just replaced the chips and salsa cart with a serving table that has three types of popcorn. They’re ok. They also added Milano cookies and oreos to their bagged goodies selection.

Solid little lounge at Terminal 4(gates B20s or so) at PHX airport. Location’s a tad weird — you have to take a bunch of stairs or an elevator to enter, so follow the signs! Snack selection is limited, but by no means bad — Miss Vickies, Smartfood, Baked Lays, etc. chips, tasty mini muffins in various flavors & fresh apples and bananas. If there were real food(I hear there is real food after 3:30 pm for the BA members, but I wouldn’t have access to that) this would be a 5 star USA airport lounge. The liquor selection — all complimentary — is above standard for a lounge like this. They offer several beer and wine selections, as well as a full bar for cocktails(Smirnoff/Absolut level hard liquor). My bloody mary was great! The service is fantastic — Glenn(I think that’s his name!) was a great bartender and overall service provider, as were the people checking in. The internet is pretty quick and the club is kept at a very comfortable temperature. I wouldn’t recommend paying for this lounge($ 35 passes are a little steep for what you get), but if you have Priority Pass or Lounge Club cards it’s definitely worth a visit.

Limited hours, a bit dated, and no showers, but they have Campari. Mmm… Campari. I suppose there are worse places to wait for your flight.

Small little club, with limited snacks and beverages. But quiet and cooler than the rest of the airport. Since AMEX Platinum no longer provides AAdmrials Club Membership, this is the next(although a bit of a walk) best thing.
