Steve’s been my property manager for 5 years now and I’m very thankful for everything he does. I’ve had different property management companies that have been a pain to deal with, nickel and diming me whenever the chance arose. Not Steve, he’s a pleasure to work with. I only hear from him a couple of times per year and almost always get a full rent check — and that’s what I want. I trust him and I trust that he’s doing what’s in my best interest at all times. He’s dealt with problem tenants, managed a difficult HOA, he pays me on time every month, he’s successfully negotiated three rent increases, and his online portal helps me out during tax season. I couldn’t really ask for more…

I have been working with this organization from the onset and they currently manage 4 properties for me. As I am an out of the area investor I need someone I can count on, and Steve is just that. He responds quickly to any inquiry, he is efficient and trustworthy. I would recommending him for your property management needs.

I had a great experience working with Steve and the Biltmore group. I have always been weary with deposits and hearing horror stories about property management companies being unethical and dishonest. Steve was very thorough on the final walk-​through and followed up in a timely manner with invoices and my security deposit. He made the process as painless as possible. If you are looking to rent the Biltmore is a great place to start.

Working with Steve for years, he’s AMAZING! Our real estate agent helped us find him. Whenever one of our rentals is available, he finds people quickly and easily to rent our units. I can understand as a tenant, the other reviewers may not find him as great, because sometimes you HAVE to be tough to get things done and firm so that the landlord is not taken advantage of. I am a real estate broker in Hawaii, and it’s amazing how fast and responsive Steve is. In fact, that’s the reason we picked him We called 8 property management companies, left messages, and he was the first to respond and has been great ever since for the past 8 years, he always answers his phone or calls back immediately. Need I say more?

Steve has been managing our properties for the past 7 years. He’s done a great job taking care of our units and keeping us informed of things. He’s always responsive and available when we need him and takes care of business. It’s great to have him taking care of things as we don’t live in the area. He gets things done and we appreciate his hard work!

I agree with the reviewer above. Do NOT RENT from Steve or the Biltmore Group. Very unethical. I had exactly the same experience. I could never reach him, he was unresponsive or constantly ‘out of town’. You have to be aggressive with him or you would never hear back from him. If you provide a security deposit, don’t expect to see any of your money back, regardless of how clean you left the place. You have been warned.
