So far, so good!
I was looking for a new house to rent, and found an ad for a house Argus had listed.
It was no problem to make an appointment to see the place, and immediately felt comfortable with Bob, the agent we met there for the initial walk through.
No application fees, no surprises — and very little hassle through the lease paperwork and getting into the place.
There have been two instances so far we’ve needed work done (both involved the back fence and gate) — and communication was timely, service scheduled promptly, and the two men who have come out to do work have been personable, professional and did a great job.
Knock on wood, we haven’t had any emergency items come up — but as of today, based on the six weeks we’ve had the place so far, I am confident they will continue to take care of business in a timely manner.
We got lucky with this management company!
