Don’t trust Tall Cat. I called there to inquire about a studio drummer. The guy was a shark sniffing around royalties he didn’t earn. He wanted 3−5% before he even played a note. Believe me, that studio doesnt care about the music. Which is sick. It’s music only. Beware of Tall Cat Studios. There studio musicians are ringers, and are out to steal royalties from songwriters. I smell a friend of Obama and the DOJ. See fractured liscencing changes that Pandora has been oafing about because the want to keep their mandatory royalties to 1.85 percent. You got that right, not 50% percent which they renigged on since the day they began stealing from legit artist. Beware.

Excellent work producing and engineering my music. They have fantastic equipment and, most importantly, know how to use it all to its full potential! I will continue working with these folks as I complete my album.

These guys have no idea what they are doing. Their incompetence and lack of talent messed up a video project that made me lose my job. I’m a single, widowed mother of five young children. I’ve now been evicted from my apartment. For the love of God, don’t use Tallcat Studios! If I could give them zero stars, I would!

Steer clear! Rude and remarkably unprofessional. If you’re going to their office, it would be wise to arm yourself due to the seedy neighborhood where they decided to setup shop. I showed up exactly at the time agreed. Their door was locked(go figure, they’re in the barrio), knocked a few times and nothing. Huge waste of my time. Below is their response. Like I said, steer clear. «James, you have a pretty comprehensive opinion based on our front door… We were here… waiting for you. Unfortunately, you have wasted our hour of my time booking your appointment. Take care, James. Best of luck to you and your endeavors. I’m confident, based on your professionalism, that those you have working with and for you are tripping over themselves to help facilitate your needs. I would suggest you research a little more before leaving a „seedy“ office like ours at next time. :) Take care. –Steve» No wonder they are in a strip mall in the ghetto.
