HORRIBLESERVICE! Worst part about it thar it came from store manager MARTIN. I had been a loyal AT&T customer for 10 yrs plus switched services and brought in all i was asked to expedite the process including the unlock code from AT&T I was asked to get in order to use my existing phone. In 24 hrs I only was able to connect for 2 hrs to the Internet. Long story short went in to get help with issue to this store. Was told by manager it’s not a tmobile phone can’t help you i can’t touch it. Told him if my phone can’t be used why was i not told before i switched over? He said don’t know but you need to find a specialist to fix it! He would cut me off not let me explain my concern and when he did stop talking he started working on a diffrent task while«listening». I’m filing a customer complaint with Better Business Bureau as well. Horrible customer service and incompetent manager! NEVERWILL I RETURNTOTHISSTORE! I called 1−800-tmobile and had my issue solved.

T Mobile offers great«deals» until you get your bill. The people in thier billing department are RETARDS! And good luck getting any competent help after your purchase. T Mobile uses bait and switch billing on their phones and charges. You will pay more than required unless you know what you’re supposed to pay. BEAWAREOFDEALINGWITHTHISCOMPANY. The people at this store might be great but the main company is horible. I’ve been with them for over 10 years and can’t wait to get away. The best people for customer service are in the cancelation department, even they try to help but can’t overshadow the incompetent billing!
