Jimmy is AWESOME! He came out immediately and was friendly and honest. We had paid to have a «new» compressor installed on our unit in June of 2013 with a different company. Jimmy ran the serial # to find out that in all actuality that «new» part we had that previous company install was actually a refurbished 2010 part. In addition, they didn’t even install the part correctly so that’s why it went out so quickly. Lesson learned, I will never use another AC company besides Super Cool Heating & Cooling. Jimmy went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fast, friendly, and honest AC company! Thanks again Jimmy!
