I have used Paul 4 –5 times this year for home inspections. Both when I am representing a buyer and also for houses that I buy for myself as rentals.
Paul is very good at pointing out issues and whether they are serious in nature.
Paul also communicates very well during the process and shows up at the house at the time scheduled (very important).
He usually has the report to me before end of the workday and sometimes just a few hours after the inspection. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We used Stratton Inspection Services to check the house over in preparation for sale. Paul did an excellent job, was very thorough, and provided an extensive write-up the same day as the inspection. He provided advice on some things in the inspection, as well as some things that weren’t part of the inspection. Communication was easy and clear. The price was good.
I had contacted Paul through a personal referral, and it was a good idea. If I needed another inspection, I’d call Paul first.

Very good communication… excellent service… good timing… it’s all good.
Prices are on par with everyone else. We’ll use them again for sure …
Their inspection reports are done in a timely manner… within 24 hours of inspection. Good.
