Why would a business have a drop down in there product list of «by price — low to high» and NOTPOSTONESINGLEPRICEOFANYTHING!!! So I am suppose to call and ask about every item i am looking at for my daughter’s apartment??? This is stupid and just bad/poor business.

Like Donald W. I ordered my stools in Feb. I have no issues with the troubles they are having with their supplier. I do have issues with poor communication and not getting my money back timely. They say there is nothing they can do because Ken needs to approve them in order. This is the fourth week since I canceled the order(that I placed in Feb, 10 week lead time) and they still can’t tell me when I will get my money back. Ken continues to hide behind his employees. Ken won’t return or take calls and for sure not taking responsibility for this or he would have called every customer personally. Really unfair to his employees. Just filed complaint with the BBB. Update: I received my credit and Pam was really nice.

Visited stool and Dinette Factory on Friday. .the largest selection of barstools and dinettes in Phoenix that I’ve seen… and I’ve been shopping. …very friendly saleswoman helped me… really nice comfortable store… found just what I was looking for… great experience!

We ordered 3 bar stools early Feb and as of today(early July) they still can not tell us when we would receive them. When we ordered them they told us 9 weeks. Every week we get the same run around with a different story. Now they will not even return our phone calls. We cancelled the order today and ordered stools through a website for $ 75 less per stool and will receive them in 3 days.(Free shipping, no tax and leather seat instead of fabric) We received our stools in three days as promised. Update: We were also just informed that the issue was with the supplier(possible bankruptcy?) Would have been nice to have been informed of that earlier as it would have eliminated a lot of issues and bad press.

Called to find a chair I really liked on their website, but the person couldn’t find it on her«price sheet» — so she said that probably meant it was discontinued. Price sheet? Really? In 2014? For the life of me I can’t understand why this company is still around without offering ANY prices on their website. Very frustrating shopping experience. I have no desire to visit their store.

We went to the Stool and Dinette Factory looking for replacement swivel parts for our kitchen chairs. Very hard to find because the chairs are pretty old. They had us bring in a chair to review and not only did they know where to get the replacement parts(in which they special ordered for us) they noticed that the chair wheels needed to be replaced on the one we brought in and they changed them out for us for free. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to chairs and they have a fantastic selection of chairs and tables to choose from. Excellent customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
