Starbucks — unless you live on Mars or potential you’re a cannibal in South America you know what this place is. The only thing keeping Starbucks from 5 stars is pricing. Everything’s uniform — comfortability… Employees are friendly and typically pretty cheerful. Dropped in to get one of those cherry blossom Frapuccino’s that is no longer available and of course they McGyver A concoction together that is an end result exactly the same to your taste buds just not as visually appealing, lol. Thanks to Starbucks I get to start my day with a little Frapuccino fun!

Are you KIDDING me? I order an extra hot 2 pump Classic latte(see image) and I get a latte with Chai flavoring instead??? The handwriting for the Order, in my opinion, is clear, you be the judge… At least service was fast. The woman who took my order was nice but the blonde 30 – 40 y/o with the ponytail making my coffee… shame on you. I have been a Gold member since 2013 and Never in Many states, innumerable different locations have I ever experienced this faux pas. Can I have my $ 4.51 back? I can respect a mistake but not something that is utterly disgusting. *******Received this Response from Starbucks******** Hi Leah, Thank you for contacting Starbucks. I just finished reading your email and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. I am sorry to learn of the disappointing experience you had when you ordered a Grande Latte. This is the best Starbucks I’ve found in the city. The staff are really outstanding, and what make this location special. The new Google WiFi is much more reliable, and way faster. There is also ample indoor and outdoor seating.

Since I’m not a coffee drinker, very rarely do I frequent a Starbucks. However, with reliably tasty hot chocolate and somewhat reliably friendly staff, this place makes for a cozy place on a chilly day. Views of Squaw Peak and Camelback Mountain give quite the ambience, and the majority of the local patrons are polite and quiet. I’ll also use this location to bring my laptop to get some work done and to meet up with friends coming out from the north or west valley areas to do things further east since it’s right off the 51.

Excellent Starbucks location. This Starbucks sits at the edge of Lincoln Drive, right across from the mountains. There are lots of good views to be had, with lots of good seating and reliable wifi. The service is good, although I have had to wait for my drink a little while a few times. But overall, I think that the baristas are pretty good at this location. The parking is pretty good at this location as well, although there is a «dead end» at the top of the parking lot, which you have to turn around to get out of. My drinks have always been very good and the atmosphere at this Starbucks is nice, slightly more upscale than other locations that I’ve been to. I will definitely be back soon.

Thank God for this Starbucks! The service is amazing, the view is sensational and it’s always clean and tidy. The awesome guys who work here(Andrew, Evan and Co) always remember my order and it’s like a little oasis away from the busy world!

I never write reviews so you know this did not go well. I walked to this Starbucks on 32nd and Lincoln this morning(Store #16299). New store manager Derek was taking this very busy Fall Saturday morning off and it showed by the service and the staff’s overall attitude.(They actually didn’t even know the new managers name and they had to ask around and had no contact information for him). Starbucks coffee is always the same, only reason I go back is consistency and customer service. This morning I ordered food(oven was broken and being worked on at the time; manager should have probably been there for this alone)…no problem so I ordered my usual coffee; albeit a very crowded morning I was not asked my name when I ordered. When the coffee came up(a kid named Andrew casually set a coffee on the counter and walked away into the back room without calling out anything at all, let alone a name which wasn’t on the cup anyways; while others stood around wondering whose coffee this was). I asked for help and Kyle(who had a horrible attitude and explained he was very busy making coffee) told me to look at the cup and if that’s what I ordered it was mine. Wow, seriously? Andrew and Kyle and the girl who took my order must have missed Starbucks policy’s and procedures meeting or chose not to follow them this morning since there was not a manager around. Worst customer service experience I have ever had and Kyle might be one of the rudest, most arrogant human beings that I have ever encountered and his only job is to make coffee and follow the Starbucks procedures with a good attitude and good service. Coffee was good by the way as it always is; hence 2 stars(Service failed miserably).

Gotta lover the Clover brewer and outdoor patio shared with next door veterinary clinic(their a bit anal about parking in «their spots»)even tho their spots only exhist in their delusions. Its a public plaza — don’t believe the 5 minute or faux assigned parking — it’s open parking, just this Starbucks brings in the chill 30 – 60 year old crowd and the occasional twinks and ultra botched botox frequent fillers. Really 100+ spots within 100 feet that’s great. Staff here is ok … To the point and do a good job hancrafting quality. Some are more friendly than others but … At least their available if needed and store is spotless, and we’ll stocked.

This Starbucks is perfectly located between the Arizona Biltmore area and the walking trails of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. The only negative to this location is the dearth of parking. There are a few(about 15) good spots but the rest of the parking area may require a walk of up to 100 meters. The actual restaurant is very inviting with outside seating in two patio areas that are on two sides of the store. The coffee baristas all seem very knowledgeable and I have seen some of the same baristas for almost a year. This is one of the growing number of Starbucks stores with a Clover machine. There is therefore a large variety of quality coffees and unique blends from which to choose if you want to try a clover-brewed coffee. The latte that I ordered was just as I expected-delightful. I also ordered a turkey pesto panini which was very tasty. I wanted one of the new wraps, but they had already sold out-bummer. Overall, an excellent Starbucks experience, as usual.

Five reasons for a 5 star rating: 1. The view, seriously, the VIEW. Sit facing north if you have no clue or if you typically ignore the beauty of the desert, take some time enjoying the spectacular view. 2. Location. My favorite Starbucks and the closest to home when we are here. 3. Parking. There is plenty of it, just some tough spots on the north side of the store. There is a reason that they have a big red steel barrier around the store on the north and part of the east side. I have seen some drivers backing out their cars from the slots on the north and they most likely have red paint on their bumpers. 4. Plenty of seating, inside and out, with comfortable temperature inside whether it’s February, April or August. 5. Drinks are served up with efficiency and a great attitude by the baristas. They also have a Clover machine, and it appears low barista turnover exists here, too. Thanks, Starbucks, for a great location.

Well this isn’t typically my favorite Starbucks but what keeps me coming back(besides proximity) is the barista who is native. She is amazing. She remembers my drink even when I haven’t seen her in a while. The blonde white girl isn’t as amazing and I have had to return my drink before when she made it as it just didn’t quite right. Overall though it’s a nice location

My local Starbucks, not much to say, I think everyone has been to one by now. I will however mention the excellent service here as well as great locale. Friendly Baristas greet you with a smile and call you by name if you’ve been here enough. You get the usual squatters here that take up space and bandwith, but there is usually a seat or table available inside or out. I am more of a get in and get out customer. This place does have a great view of the PHX Mountains if you’re into that stuff.

It’s a Starbucks so if you have a been to one you know exactly what to expect. Folks that work here are pretty coo. They have plenty of seating, plus a really great outdoor seating section. Although you can’t see the views from the outside, you’re right at the base of the Phoenix mountain preserve.

Now this is a Starbucks that wants people to hang out a while and endlessly refill their Bold Roast. Plenty of windows keep it bright and sunny, there are more than enough tables and comfy chairs to satisfy the«talk over coffee» types and those who like the vibe of a coffee shop to get work done. Service is super fast, and I won’t even hold it against them that they spelled my name Aaren.(Erin is the typical female, Irish spelling. Aaron is for boys. Eryn, Aryn, Airen, etc are usually girls with eclectic parents. Aaren is new.) This shop is super close to Piestewa, but they ask that you don’t park here while you’re hiking. Perhaps a post-hike energizer?

I just loved this little Starbucks on the Southwest corner of E Lincoln and N. 32nd in Phoenix. The building is large with a very spacious feeling inside. There are large window everywhere providing plenty of natural light. There is quite a bit of seating at small wooden tables and even one large one. This is a much larger Starbucks than I am used to seeing back in California. The baristas are quite friendly, calling out a cheery hello as you enter. There is a gentle hubbub of conversations in different languages taking place all around you giving this unassuming little coffee shop a very cosmopolitan feel. Blues music plays softly in the background adding to(not detracting from) the happening vibe of this place. And, of course, there is the free wifi which Starbucks is known for. We were staying at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn down the street and had a very difficult time getting good reception for our wifi hotspots necessitating numerous trips to this particular location to use their wifi — and, of course — indulging in their sinfully good expresso beverages. Over my several visits here I have ordered both hot beverages(venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte) and cold beverages(iced green tea) and they were all tasty. The parking seems to be a little tight at peak hours, but otherwise this is a fabulous location.

Love my neighborhood Starbucks staff, however… Parking lot is tricky and does not wrap all of the way around. I see traffic jams as people make 23 point turn around a to exit. They really need signage !!! Management can easily step up here !

This is a fantastic above normal Starbucks. I recently visited and ordered an iced coffee and was asked if I wanted regular or «clover»? I had no idea what clover was, and I was intrigued. The baristas were such a delight, they educated me about the $ 30,000 coffee maker and demonstrated it in all it’s glory. It was quite a show, and I must say it made a delicious cup of joe!

Not a lot to say here. Nice Starbucks. Large, clean, kept to a comfortable temperature, like most Starbucks. The staff seem attentive and stuff, like most Starbucks. Bathrooms are clean, like Starbucks. Music is quiet and backgroundy, like most Starbucks. Internet works well, like most Starbucks. Nothing too original or unique, like most Starbucks.

This is the former location of the Russ Lyon Realty office that was at N. 32nd St & E. Lincoln Dr near the 32nd St. Trailhead. Starbucks just opened this morning and I happened to be driving by. The staff is friendly and apparently the whole crew from a North Scottsdale store moved down to this spot to open it.(A guy that lives in Scottsdale and works down the road from here said that it was really cool, and odd. Kind of like déjà vu for him.) There is a small patio of to the side with tables, chairs, and a misting system. Located right beside the newly moved Squaw Peak Animal Hospital, this Starbucks is sure to attract a hiking and dog-friendly crowd. Parking will be challenging, there isn’t a drive-thru and the cool patio is off the side, somewhat oddly oriented. I would visit this plaza often when At One Yoga was still in operation(if they had known that Starbucks was moving in, maybe they wouldn’t have closed shop?)
