Starbucks

I come here when I am headed east in the mornings, but I prefer other locations. I like a white mocha but most of the time when I order it at this location I’m left with the top 75% as hot milk/​espresso and the bottom part is all white chocolate syrup. If I ask for it stirred it’s usually better, but I don’t have to do that at other locations so I don’t know what they do differently here, I don’t like it though.

How do you run out of drip coffee??? You’re Starbucks. Maybe try brewing more than one pot? Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to… Maybe management needs to go back to training because this is run by no common sense people! Only one star because I had to pick at least one

Horrible service. They make you feel like an inconvenience. Take your business somewhere else.

These kids working had three customers in the drive-​thru portion… we all waited for about 10 minutes. No one ever got our order. We honked, tapped on the window, waved… nothing. What BS. For overpriced coffee, the least you could do is have decent customer service and not IGNORE three cars honking. You’re open till 10 but stop serving the drive-​thru customers at 9:30? I’ll be going elsewhere bc this location stinks.

The drive through quite literally took 30 mins to get through and it wasn’t even crowded at mid day. The service through the speaker was very rude. Horrible experience. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks like this.

I come to this location often because it is on my way to work… I usually take the drive through just for time purposes. the staff is usually very friendly… Not today though. First the girl taking my order had a hard time understanding me (which is fine), but the attitude that she gave me trying to understand what I said was very unnecessary. I thought maybe it was just me at first and I took her tone wrong but no, I pulled up to the window and she hands me my drink and says the name of it In a way I hadn’t heard before so I say «oh I’m sorry I wanted a chi tea with soy» she looks at me and says that’s what that is, rolls her eyes and shuts the widow in my face. It was early and that’s not the kind of service someone wants first thing in the morning, so I called just to tell the manager about my experience… The manager was more rude than the drive through girl!!! He made excuses for her saying that the window shuts when you step away from it, okay well that doesn’t change the horrible customer service I received from your employee! I thought Starbucks prided themselves on excellent customer service but I guess not this location! I probably won’t return to this location, good thing there is a Starbucks on every corner!

Twice in the last month I’ve received the wrong drink in the drive through. Guess I’ll double check every time before leaving the window.

I love my coffee and what’s better then a Starbucks. This location is one of my favorite. The service is great and the staff are very friendly. This location is clean and feels comfortable.
My coffee is always made the way I order and tastes great. In addition, to great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack.
Great coffee, pastries, friendly staff, and shopping. It doesn’t get any better.

I’ve been here a couple of times and have never had a problem.
Mornings, mon– fri, get pretty busy. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I’ve only had one incident at this location but it was handled perfectly.
I had ordered a mini frap with two of the breakfast sandwiches
My sandwiches came out but no drink. Understanding it was busy I waited a bit longer. Once i realized customers who came after me where getting their drink I went up and informed them that they might have forgotten about it.
They quickly apologized and got it out within seconds and the young man who took my order come up to me and apologized and handed me a gift card and said «next ones on us. Sorry about that»
It was great costumer service!

Worst service ever. Employees were slow as all heck taking their time. I waited almost 10 minutes to get my tea. Unless they were short staffed, then I understand. Other than that, it was ridiculous. I’ve had other Starbucks be fast.

Coffee is definitely my weakness! This Starbucks location is the best I’ve seen by far my n Arizona. Great customer service, and great pastries! The only gripe I have is that sometimes the coffee is a bit off, meaning too bitter or not enough crème. It hasn’t been consistently in a while. I think it’s because the staff rotates periodically. But, still getting my coffee every morning, lol. 3 stars for now, but will definitely update my review once the coffee becomes consistent. :)

Pretty awful sbux. They had no «for here» cups for our espresso. When my husband pointed to some on display the vacuous employee said we’d need to buy them if we wanted real cups. Come on Starbucks, you need to do better than this. H Schultz, please note. We happen to be good customers as well as shareholders.

Yeah this is the worst Starbucks. They are super slow and it’s always new and unfriendly staff. The only plus is I have gotten a lot of free drinks from them because all of the mistakes. Hit up the Starbucks on Indian school and 103^rd avenue. They are way better.

So this is the closest location to my casa so I hit them up quite a bit, though not as much since I’ve been trying to drop pounds (sorry Starbucks stockholders). The staff is always friendly and

How in the world do you repeat my order back to me and when I drive up to the window to get my drink, I get a «can I help you? I didnt put an order for you in». Ill drive a little further for better service next time.

Love this location they are super fast and efficient. The baristas are very friendly and always have good recommendations for those of us who are adventurous with our coffee selections

The baristas were nice enough but the service was incredibly slow. There was no line when I came in but apparently there were at least 2 or 3 orders ahead of me … and they didn’t start serving the first one ahead of me until 2 minutes of waiting. I got the chocolate chip blended drink and it was really icy … I’ve had the drink before and it’s usually creamier. Very disappointing.

You can never go wrong at a Starbucks for coffee and a quiet chill place for studying or anything really. Just a tip, once you get here and you see any availing tables or chairs grab it. They go fast here because this is a smaller coffee shop. Other than that, as always great staff and great enviroment.
