Not my usual stop.
This Starbucks is not my usual stop however, it just might be my favorite. I love my coffee and what’s better then a Starbucks a iced white chocolate mocha, I can’t think of anything.
The service at this Starbucks is phenomenal and the staff are always very friendly. This location is clean, inviting, and feels comfortable and they have seating outside at the patio, and wuth this cooler weather what a perfect option.
My coffee was made exactly the way I order and tasted great. In addition, to the great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack. I really enjoy grabbing a cake pop or two to go.
Great coffee, pastries, friendly staff, and shopping. It doesn’t get any better.

Solid legit Starbucks in CityScape. Convenient location to many hotels and shops, and roomy interior with lots of seating and table of different sizes. The wifi is powered by Google, free and decently fast. The baristas are friendly and quick with orders and a smile.

I’ve been coming to this location for the last several years and I have some concerns. First, it appears that those that come in on a constant basis is greeted by their first name. Well I have never heard or been addressed by my name? This may not be a concern for some, but important for me as a regular paying customer that frequents this establishment 4 times a week? Next, the biggest issue I have is how I am treated by staff. There are two employees that really anger me. When I hand you my money I expect that you give me my change in my hand and not drop it in my hand at a distance that forces me to adjust my hand to catch my change. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!! Finally, I have seen naked men in the Men’s bathroom taking a bath. homeless people stealing food… women in the Men’s bathroom. and people walking out with newspapers that are for sale? Well I guess I could walk to the Cartel…

High pace and high class is what this Starbucks is all about! No homeless people bugging you and the baristas bust out drinks faster than a bartender at McDonald’s… Needless to say there is always a line but it moves super fast! In and out really fast with out suffering drink quality.

I’m writing this review because of the great customer service I received when I came here. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I mentioned to the barista that I had an offer on my starbucks app for a dollar of any sandwich. When she looked like she was done entering in my order I scanned my barcode. Unfortunately this was before she had a chance to enter in the code for the dollar off so she had to void the transaction and start again. Even though this was my fault she only charged me for the sandwich (with the discount) and said not to worry about the coffee because of the wait. This kind of patience and consideration is rare and it really surprised me. I gave her a tip for being so chill, thanks again!

Over charge much? I can’t believe I got charged for the 2^nd syrup AND the caramel drizzle which is a part of my drink! Ridiculous

Super Bowl Week and lots of people– yet this Starbucks kept up the pace, served great drinks and continued to smile. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Love this Starbucks. We stopped by during the Super Bowl events and were very please with the staff and service. The lines were long but moved extremely quick as a full staff of 6 people worked behind the counter. The staff helped out with directions and suggested a website to learn about all of the Super Bowl events.

One of the cashiers even kept my change and seemed put out when I asked for it back. So she started digging through the tip jar to give it back to me. NEVER AGAIN STARBUCKS NEVER AGAIN… Ill take my Dutch Bros. from now on.

Employees here are great, location is great.
Don’t pick the white marble table in the corner (on the right when you walk in) it’s broken and wobbles a lot.

Trying to stay cool on a hot PHX summer day calls for a trenta black tea with a splash of passion!!! It’s my favorite concoction and the cashiers are super friendly and baristas know how to make the best iced teas!

Friendly & quick service.
While attending Volleyball Festival Tournament the Starbucks at Phx Convention Center had a huge line! We walked a short two blocks & found this one! Nice shades seats outside. Most importantly my drink is delicious!

So happy I came here on a hot AZ day. It’s pretty hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. Lots to eat near by so it’s a convenient place to get your coffee or Iced beverage on.
I got my usual– Green tea, w/​soy latte. I sometimes get the frap and it ALWAYS tastes so refreshing! I want one now!!! The ladies here are very friendly and work quick. No complaints here.
I am sure I will be back very soon.

Baristas here are more interested in talking to each other than making an iced tea. 8 minutes? Really?

This location is one of my favorites, and while I have two others that are a little closer to my office, I make the effort to walk to this location. The staff is amazingly friendly. Also, they can really move customers through so that even with a long line you aren’t stuck waiting for too long. What makes this even better is that you still get that personal connection and friendliness that you hope for when you walk into a Starbucks.

A good representation of «the Starbucks experience» with an air of sophistication, reasonable simulation of hardwood floors, free Wi-​Fi, courteous, competent staff, expensive coffee, and the infamous PSL: Pumpkin Spice Latte, which Lord help me, at 300 calories for a small («Tall» in Starbucks parlance), I love. There are also some healthy food and snack box options, as well as some excellent if more-​sweet/​less healthy cakes and cookies, and all that I’ve tried have been quite good, quite consistent with the level of quality expected.
The cool, comfortable atmosphere is an inviting, consistent pleasure. Inside and out, this SB offers a great the view of the CityScape Plaza for some great people watching, though the polite but persistent panhandling can be discouraging to sitting outside. SB coffees are frequently too strong as well as too expensive for me to partake of on a regular basis, but I respect that they do provide health insurance benefits to their employees.
To repeat, a good representation of the positive aspects of the Starbucks experience.

What can I say… I love Starbucks! This location had a very large in door seating area. It is also located in a great little square of shops, attractions and even fountains! What more could you want :)

This Starbucks location is one of my favorites in Phoenix. The size of it is suitable for fairly large crowds — Comic Con was in town, and they had plenty of room for everyone that came. The baristas are super friendly and do their job very well — very professional. I spent a couple of hours there in between my meals and walk around the city. The drink I ordered was spot-​on. The men’s restroom was very clean (not sure about the women’s… ha). There are plenty of outlets to plug in your electronic devices.
Would I recommend this Starbucks location to others? Absolutely. Will I be back? Most definitely.

Yay! A Starbucks within reasonable walking distance to the office! This one is much nicer than the older one over on Adams. This Starbucks location is updated, bright and airy, and has some cool folks working in here. There’s outside seating, and it’s on the edge of a nice park with water works and even more outside seating. The seating is a bit crowded, and they don’t have the green stoppers out where we can grab one — you have to ask the barista for one. Either way, this location is great for a hot or cold drink, especially if you need a break from work or if you’re walking around enjoying the nearby shopping.
This Starbucks is on the SEC of Washington St and First Avenue. From the street, it could be easy to miss; however, if you’re walking, it’s beside Jimmy John’s and across from Chipotle.
