I’ve been hounded by their billing people and now sent to a collection agency for a claim that was not mine, i never signed anything and I’m not the patient. What a bunch of crap and I’m lost in their beurocratic labrynth. My suggestion, use another hospital there are lots of them

I showed up at the ER complaining of chest pains and shortness of breath, and they IMMEDIATELY put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me back for an EKG. Once they determined I wasn’t having a heart attack, they ordered a handful of other tests, which were all done quickly and efficiently. Staff was friendly and helpful, even as the ER got busy and filled up. By far the quickest and most thorough ER experience I’ve ever had.
