Great Quality, Great Customer Service!

I was pleased to find a dry cleaner who’s open for business on Sunday. I called ahead to make sure they’d do a sofa cushion. They said they would. When I got there they refused to do the job. I’ll pay top dollar for good service but won’t host amateur hour for any price.

Seems like a great place but not comparable in laundering shirt prices — 4.25 a shirt is what I pay for dry cleaning.

Every once in awhile people need help. That was the case when my washing machine went on the fritz recently and needed to be repaired. The repair was going to take days and I needed clean clothes. I looked at several places and settled on Sparklean laundry service. I’ve never used a laundry service before and so I was concerned about getting my laundry back OK or them losing it or something like that happening. However they did a marvelous job! Truly I can’t say enough about how clean the clothes were. They were folded and on hangers. Everything just went so smoothly. I will definitely contact Sparklean to do my laundry again in the future.

I am a huge fan of Sparklean Laundry. This is the place to go for wash & fold service. The staff is very accomidating, helpful and friendly. They have taken care of my laundry for years and they will continew to do so. Thank you guys.

Have gon to another country I seriously thought today I was in a third world country corruption. I went to do laundry at this laundry place and to my luck I used the three large washers as I was using them this is lady name is «Adriana“because I even got the name that’s how corrupt and monopolized this laundry is ! She hounding me for them as I was putting my clothes in them when the washer is finished this guy that was with the lady «Adriana» (the lord of the carters lover) was hounding me for the washer stating they had loads of laundry to do at that moment I felt bullied and went to a attendance at the counter she simply knowledge me and nothing more the next thing I know as I’m putting my clothes in the dryer the managers Ramon (the corrupt cop) approaches me and ask that I empty my washer I acknowledge him and told him I would as soon as I was done with my first washer putting my clothes in the dryer, as I finished with my second washer that’s putting the clothes in the dryer I look back at my third washer and the staff at the laundry place are empty my washer as I approached them and ask them why they simply said they asked everybody in the laundry if it was theirs which was a lie I never left the building I was in the dryer area and they never asked me if that was my washer therefore they were emptying out because «Adriana» (the lord of the cartels lover) ask them to do it! I only thought this would happen in third world countries like in Mexico as I witness the owner taking cash out $ 160 to be exact from a chase banks credit card God knows who’s card and giving it to her! So never return here again!

We use Sparklean at both our Scottsdale spas and could not be happier. Their sheets and towels are always clean and never come back stained or soiled. The service is outstanding. Everyone is extremely friendly and they are always on time. Sparklean is by far the most reliable linen service we have used yet. The owner of Sparklean personally answers phone calls and has repeatedly come through for us in a pinch.
I can’t say enough good things about Sparklean. I only wish we would have found them sooner. It would have saved us from the headaches of dealing with other linen service companies.
