Love these ladies (and gents)! I’ve been here a few times, and was always ushered in and out very quickly. It’s very convenient. I also enjoy that I can schedule my lab appointments online.

Went here for a blood draw on a Monday morning. I had an appointment which I think made things smoother but it was not crowded at all. Clean, efficient, and friendly. I wish I made note of the woman who drew my blood. It is the first time ever that I actually did not feel anything, yes, not even a pinch, when the needle entered and on top of that when it was over I really could not see where she went into my arm. Even in the following days (where sometimes in the past have been a little sore or have seen a small area of bruising where the needle entered — there was NOTHING.

I was in and out of here so quickly! They made me feel welcomed

5 stars ONLY because of Laura (sp?) They are way short staffed almost an hour wait with less than 3 people ahead of me. SO I was already not happy when I went into get blood drawn. My experiences here have been up and down however the last three times have been terrible. I ask for a specific type of needle and the «temps» try and tell me, what they are using, is that needle. It clearly is not! then the throw a fit because they wasted a needle. SO this time I wanted to make it ultra clear the needle, I needed to get my blood drawn. I came off a little crabby and Laura politely said give me a chance. I explained my past experinces and she apologized, assured me she would comply and had a great attitude. Thank you. Sonora Quest you should reach out to her and let he know she saved a customer and has probably done so in the past. If it wasn’t for her it would be 1 star. They best part was when I thanked her and told her that when we were done I was going to Unilocal! She thought I meant Unilocal or (scream out) when she stuck me!
