I couldn’t understand one word the in-take person said at the counter. Please put someone at the counter customers can understand. Also stop taking walk-in patients and telling them the wait is one hour and them make them wait two hours. Just tell everyone they need an appointment. I came in at 9:30 am without an appointment and was told it would be a one hour wait. I am now leaving at 11 am without seeing at tech to take my blood. They just took people as they came in for appointments.

Another visit, great results. Arrived at 8:25 for an 8:45AM appointment. The intake process was efficient and friendly. I was taken back at precisely 8:45 by Tracy, who also drew my blood. I asked if she could take it from the back of my hand, which most phlebotomist shy from since they are smaller veins, smaller needles and a slower process but she didn’t hesitate. It’s my personal preference and a lot less painful. Tracy was pleasant, aware of my nervousness and accommodating. Thanks! I recommend this location!

Terrible service even with an appointment. I expected the customers to be «ghetto» and the lobby to have crying babies with mothers more worried about their cell phones then telling them little abominations to shut the hell up. But the employees are just as bad. No respect for the customer. You are just a number to these people. Make an appointment, come early as possible to avoid the trash and bring earplugs. Don’t be surprised if the lady with 15 kids gets preferential treatment over you. And protect your valuables.
