SKECHERS Retail

Went to this store over a year ago and the help I received from the manager, I think his name was Tim, was wonderful. Knew exactly what kind of shoe I needed for support and having to stand on my feet all day.
Unfortunately, either he isn’t there anymore or wasn’t there this week and got no help from the female salesperson. I was told they no longer make that style, try an outlet or online. Got the feeling I was delaying her on more younger and important customers. She did show me something from the back of the shelf in the back of the store, like she had to blow the cobwebs off of it. Then tried to sell me on their air foam styles. Gee, wish I could, in fact that was what I started to look at a year ago but they hurt my feet so bad because of bad support. That is why Tim showed me the ones I needed.
Too bad. Not only did they tick off a good customer, but lost her potential business and good recommendations. If I do find what I need at the outlet, I will buy them. In the mean time, will need to find a more customer friendly and helpful shoe store.
