As these things go, it’s decent. A small 7 – 11 on NW corner of busy W McDowell &43rd Ave, the store is always adequately clean and the Indian(pardon if misjudging nationality) gent behind counter is always pleasant now that I’ve gotten to be a semi familiar face. There’s a convenient ATM/bill payment kiosk that offers free access to CUSO(Credit Union Service Org) accounts, and there’s even a doorman! Well, a polite possibly homeless guy who stands outside and opens the door for you, hoping for a little beer money. Actually there are frequently 2 or 3 guys panhandling guys outside this store — but they’ve all been non-threatening and polite on every occasion. First Review from below from 2011 say’s he gets gas here and that it’s close to his house, but I think there may be a mistake as to location as: 1. there are no gas pumps here(at least now in Nov. 2013), and 2. reviewer’s location is listed as Scottsdale, and this store is at 43rd& McDowell in west Phoenix. It does however appear to be a somewhat older store, though I haven’t noticed if it stinks.

I get my gas here because it is Super close to my house. It is located by a ghetto a bar and there is a minute chance of getting shanked. The drink selection is pretty descent but the store is old and it kind of stinks.
