Great experience working with Redefy. They walked me through every step of the way on both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. They have a lifelong customer in me and i would recommend this company to friends and family alike!

I must have dealt with a different Shirley Nichols. The Shirley Nichols I dealt with had little to no communication with us. We were signed up with Redefy by Mike Dingman who made promises to us that were denied after we had a contract. As soon as we signed we were handed over to Shirley who was very reactive in everything she did. She was never proactive unless we asked her to do something. After initial contacts with the few agents that showed our home, we have no clue as to what happened after. Shirley did nothing to find out why they went with another home. As for keeping up with the market we live in, she did not have a clue nor did she seem to want to learn anything about the neighborhood. We had to keep her informed about the homes in our area we were competing with. And with the few times we spoke with her, she may have listened, but never heard what we had to say. She defends herself by talking about the thousands Redefy spends in marketing our home, when truth be told they spend thousands marketing their company. A waste of time and money. (They charge $ 300 upfront for professional photos by a company that charges them $ 150) This company is proof you get what you paid for.

Shirley Nichols is a rockstar! When I was ready to sell my home in Phoenix, I contacted several agents and decided that I would give the Redefy team the opportunity to list the house. Not only was Shirley a consummate professional throughout the entire process, she provided the high level of service that I had come to expect of full 7% commission realtors in previous transactions for only $ 2500! We recently moved into our first home a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier! I must say it was frustrating at times due to the lack of inventory and aggressive housing market, but with Tanya Shield’s persistence, great customer service and wonderful personality, we finally purchased our home in a great Tempe neighborhood.
