Probox Portable Storage

Usually I check honest reviews before I choose my suppliers. But in our yesterday’s situation I needed a storage container NOW. We got a container from overseas with building material delivered to our construction site and planned on hauling some of the stuff to our storage place near our home for security reasons. We realized that hauling it back when we’ll need it will cost us lots of money again for renting fees and delivering fees for a forklift. On top we didn’t have a safe place to store the equipment that we need to work with every day. So we had this brilliant idea to get a storage container, but since the clock for the forklift was already running, we needed to get it NOW. So I’ve googled and called 4 different suppliers. ProBox was the 4^th one I’ve called and the professional customer service guy helped me immediately –no waiting to be called back, immediate delivery was possible with quite some choices of containers. We chose a 40ft High Container with one door, but lots of space. Delivery came in time as promised and the driver was handling it smoothly and professionally as well. Compared to others I feel that the price is fair for renting, drop off and pick up fees. I wanted to leave a good review for this company and found Unilocal.And here it is… found this other excellent review and a description from the business itself. Reading both, I can only agree and confirm that all was true for our experience as well. Companies offering an honest, reliable and quick service like this one gives me hope in this otherwise poor business world which I’ve experienced so often in the past. My husband and I will both recommend ProBox to all our local friends and contractors in the Valley. And by the way… just like the company describes in their first sentence «take care of each customer as if we were helping one of our parents»… I felt like they handled our situation as if we were family members. Couldn’t have been better. Thanks again.
