Precise Mechanical Air Temperature Control

I just had Precise do some service work on an a/​c for a client of mine. I got 3 other bids. Precise did have the lowest bid. They showed up on time
They did the work.
They left the place cleaner than they found it.
I would recommend Precise Mechanical and Lorri over and over again. Great company. Great owner. Great technicians.

I must say that this company is one to stay away from. The owner recommended a very costly A/​C unit for my condominium, stating it was «state-​of-​the-​art» and «worry-​free». The unit did not function properly from the beginning and they were reluctant to address and fix the issue. I finally needed to contact a family friend whose brother was in Sr. Management with the manufacturer, to resolve. The unit has malfunctioned again and this company has refused to service my unit. I have a 10-​year parts and labor warranty and have been told to go elsewhere. This is one company I would suggest approaching with extreme caution. They are great at convincing people to purchase expensive equipment, but fall critically short in servicing and customer service. Please exercise extreme caution if you decide to pursue any kind of relationship with this company.

We were connected with them through our home warranty company. They responded within four hours, fixed the problem. The young man was very polite and did an excellent job. I would use them again.
