Our son’s PT referred us to Pongratz. At 9 month olds our son was fitted for a TLSO by Trieu. Trieu was as sweet as can be. He was gentle, kind, and very caring. He made my son and myself feel right at ease. The whole process took around 30 minutes and Trieu was very knowledgeable. The TLSO was not covered by our insurance and was about $ 500 out of pocket. Pongratz worked with us so that we could have the vest right away and make payments that suited our financial needs. We are so thankful for our son’s TLSO and Pongratz. Our son has made so many gains just from the short time he has had his vest. Thank you!

My dad received a referral to this place to have shoes made that would improve his walking. Unfortunately, the kicks cost $ 500. We came in for his initial appointment and the office staff was cold. The couple of times we came after that we received the same service. Finally, on our last visit, the shoes were ready to be picked up. My dad was so excited, we both were. When the staff brought the shoes in and put them on, my dad and I died laughing. Picture a real life version of Spongebob, pan down and look at his shoes, that’s what these shoes looked like, big, huge, bulbous, black, Frankenstein’s moon boots. I’m not exaggerating when I say we laughed for a good 5 minutes solid. My dad had trouble standing up because the bottoms of the shoes were slippery, they were foam, no traction whatsoever. I’m not sure it’s a great idea to put people who already have problems walking, into slippery shoes. Just sayin. The end result is that the shoes were worn that day and that day only. Five hundred dollars is a ridiculous amount of money for someone on a fixed income to spend on shoes. Please know exactly what you’re getting before you pay for something here. There aren’t any returns, you get what you get.
