The biggest «Pro» for this company is that you get to keep a suit for about the same price or cheaper than what you can rent it for.
The «Cons» — not the quality they claim to be at all. Very lightweight fabric that tends to «cling» instead of hang nicely. Sizes are very broad and all needed to be altered in MANY places — not just waist and length as was suggested. ESPECIALLY the shirts. Getting a shirt in the correct neck size created a giant shirt throughout the mid section. Save your money and go buy a great shirt anywhere else for cheaper and will fit!
Also, you don’t really get to see the exact suit you are ordering unless it happens to be one on their rack. Colors are difficult to match and fabric is different.
Finally, the tailors they suggest are very nice and very inexpensive — but they are not the best.

Amazing suits and awesome deal! Recently my best friend got married, being his best man we talked a lot about the suits… It became apparent almost immediately that buying them from Parker and Schmidt would hands down be the best idea.
We met with Michael and he showed us several different options to choose from and was very attentive listening to what our needs were. He provided and showed us numerous options to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Michael is extremely professional and a down to earth nice guy. This is a genuine guy who truly cares about your needs, your suit and all your event needs! We had found him to be very responsive and reliable throughout the process.
Not only was the customer service impeccable, but the prices were to die for! I’ve been in 3 other weddings recently and paid so much just to rent them from one of the major suit chains… this time we ended up BUYING suits from Parker and Schmidt for less than any of the other suit rentals! After meeting Michael and getting his suits, I don’t know why anyone would EVER rent one or buy one elsewhere!
I’ve now had several other friends also use Michael for their weddings and we’ve all had nothing but great experience! I just got engaged and will HANDS DOWN be using Parker and Schmidt.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This is just a guy selling tuxedos out of his apartment. Nothing against him or what he does, but I wouldn’t really classify this as a business. He takes your measurements, orders the tuxedos out of a catalog, and gives you recommendations on tailors. I don’t need to pay someone to order out of a catalog for me.

Quick turnaround time, great service, and great bang for the buck. We were happy with the end product. Everyone looked fantastic for this life event.
