Paint Nite

My girl friends and I have gone numerous times and we have a blast every time. Like the fact that these events are held at various bars (as opposed to art studios like some). The instructors are laid back, funny and helpful. Our paintings actually turn out pretty good, even after a few cocktails. They often have groupons available which is definitely the way to go as I think their regular price is a little steep. Events are well organized and end in timely manner.

Brought my daughter out for a fun night at Dave and Busters. We were having a blast until one of the young instructors took it upon herself to reprimand my daughter about the use of a brush. Then she continued to complain to the other instructors in the front of the whole class. Completely embarrassed my daughter. This was after the instructor raised my daughters painting to show everyone how pretty it was. Contacted their Manager not once but twice and was ignored. Completely unprofessional. I would stay away from them at all cost.

My daughter ought two Groupons for Paint NIte and gave them to me as a gift. It took a while to find an event that would work because most of their events are quite a distance away. A couple days after booking the event, I received an email saying it was canceled. I emailed Paint Nite and they said the event was NOT canceled. I forwarded the original email to them and they said they would check into it. A few days later I received another email from Pain Nite saying that yes, the event was canceled, but that they could not refund my Groupons. And.…because my Groupons were considered redeemed already because we had made a reservation, I would not be able to reserve through the website anymore. I would need to contact them directly and hope they remember that my groupons were not really used. Yeah, right. There are still no convenient events, so I contacted Groupon directly to get a refund. Groupon tiold me that they needed to work with my daughter since the groupons were bought on her account. My daughter contacted them and they still won’t refund the money. They told her to call Paint NIte, and that Paint Nite needs to refund the money and Paint Nite refers us back to Groupon. I am stuck in a loop. DO NOT purchase or book an event with PAINT NITE.

Canceled the painting I reserved months in advance and only notified me 5 days before and left me with only two options book another painting months in advance again or get a refund… Would of been nice to actually get to paint Something.

Came here for a date night and had such a great time. Our instructor was really funny and our paintings actually turned out much better than expected. Definitely recommend coming here for a date night or with a group for a fun night!
