Been going here since it was Checker Auto Parts. Man! What a difference in customer service!!! Love these people! Very patient and always go out of their way to help me. Since all my parts are on record, it is never a hassle for me to warranty anything.

I bought a new battery last February from this store. Recently my car died so I brought it to a repair shop and was told the battery needed replacement. Came to this store and the (unhelpful) gentleman ran and test with the battery still in the car and told me the battery was fine and that it was the alternator. No other options were offered. Took it back to the repair shop who said it was definitely the battery. Went to the o’reilley on 7th and Bethany home and Sue was much more helpful, actually took the battery out of the car to run a test and it came back as needing replacement 2 minutes later. I will not be coming to this store again but would highly recommend the one on 7th!

I had to pop in for a new car battery this afternoon. Derez was incredibly helpful. First he looked up my previous battery purchase to research whether or not there was any remaining warranty. As it turns out, I had two months left on my warranty so the battery replacement was free of charge! Derez actually went out in the afternoon heat and changed the battery for me. Now that’s what you call customer service! Thank you Derez!

Rosi was so nice helped me out with a dead battery. I use optima batteries not cheap but so worth it. She was able to sort out e and even knew of Terry’s auto repair.
