Thank you thank you thank you, Tami and Greg. I was in dire straits, my mechanic didn’t show up, and my 2004 Matrix was not starting as it should. They listened, tested the starter and just went above and beyond to help me. After adding some oil and a new air filter, my car is happier and I think it’s going to get me to work just fine. For approx 90 days since having my battery replaced by another national automotive retail store I was irritated by the discovery next day that my «Fog Lights» had stopped working. When I called them to ask if they could help me they were indifferent and unresponsive. If I had 10,000 tongues I couldn’t thank O’reilly’s Auto Parts Store # 3016 manager Brian enough for hiring Mr. Keith Gieseck(who I also found out is a student and valued US Military Veteran). I was so impressed and grateful for the outstanding, professional troubleshooting service I received from Keith. His«Keen Eye For Detail» enabled him to quickly assess and correct the problem caused by the other(«S___s Automotive») retail chain’s automotive staff who failed to reconnect a visibly loose wire when they replaced my battery. Was it an honest mistake? Perhaps — But, their indifference and unwillingness to help me was unacceptable! Result? They’ve lost a loyal customer(25yrs) forever! Good news is that because of Keith’s outstanding service all future battery replacements for my vehicle will come from my local O’reilly’s Auto Parts store. Thank you for having a high quality, sharing, caring professional like Keith on your staff who exceeded my expectations for service by pulling a tool from his truck to test and identify the culprit loose electrical wire which he then connected for me to restore my «Fog Lights» and turned my «Midnight into Day». Many«Bikers» have personally thanked me in the past for having these«Fog Lights» on during the day because it helps them see me approaching them from a distance. Thanks again Keith because of you lives may be saved! I shall never forget how your«Platinum Service» made me feel.
