I have been a loyal customer to this location for quite awhile. I spend around $ 125 monthly on protein and a sleeping powder supplement. The staff has always been extremely friendly. Unfortunately, this evening that friendly customer service is only when you’re spending money and not coming to them with an issue. This past Monday evening, I made my monthly visit and purchased my supply of goods. When I arrived home I opened one of my regular products and the entire container was literally hard as a rock. I took out a knife and attempted to free the scoop out of the concrete-​like substance. Unable to succeed, I gave up and didn’t think much of it figuring One Stop would stand behind their product, especially since I was a regular. I have to sadly admit, I could not have been more wrong. When I approached the familiar clerk and began to explain what had happened, I could barely finish my explanation before he defensively started talking over me «We can’t exchange anything opened». I explained again that I purchase this product monthly and this particular package was rotten and hard as concrete. The clerk acknowledged he recognized me but could not do anything for me because it was opened. I don’t know how I would even know the product they sold me was bad without opening the package. I asked the clerk if they sold me a bad batch, they don’t stand behind their products? He replied I should have put it in the refrigerator. I explained for the third time I just bought it only a day ago and it was bad when I opened it. He reluctantly offered to text the owner, which he did and then walked away and started doing dishes. I stood there for a while with no response and left. Needless to say, I will never return to One Stop Nutrition as there are a number of nutritional stores that would be happy to have my monthly patronage. Buyer beware — Great customer service is provided not only when you’re handing over money but also when you need assistance with an unfortunate situation. DONT SHOP HERE
I’m really disappointed, as I have always spoken highly of this establishment.

So far so good! These guys have been killing it. A friend suggested the stack with wild berry. Basically you’re drinking a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with 60g of protein. For us little guys I’ll take all the calories I can get. The prices on their bars are good and they are pretty dang quick and friendly. Grab yourself a lunch card because you’re going to be going through enough to get that next free shake.

I looove this place! Wade (I think that’s his name, the tall buff guy) helped me find the right isolated whey, aminos, cla’s, and fat burner! I am loving my supps! He definitely helped me find the right stuff with no pressure. And the shakes are unbelievable, every time I go I let the make me something new. But all in all my favorite is the Butterfinger shake! Try it!

I happened to find this place by luck. I went in because I saw their sign that said smoothies. The employee greeted me immediately and offered help. I expressed that I was interested in a post workout smoothie and was talked through the options and I was very pleased with the outcome. I ordered the peach mango post workout smoothie with almond milk and was perfect, no grains or nothing. I also asked about a pre-​workout drink and was shown my options. I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was very chill and I now return regularly for post workout drinks

Super friendly staff… Walked in with some questions on what kind of creatine I should get. The manger helped me out with all my question, also helps that he’s a total hot beef cake. Definitely gonna go here from now on. recommend this place to anyone just for there friendly staff.

This is my third time here the first two times the girl there was really friendly and nice and helpful, but the third time is not a charm. There was some puffed up guy that was not friendly, and my tanning booth in bed number 1, 3 bulbs were burned out, and the eye cover thing was missing the plastic cover on one side, I told him all that when I got out and he didnt even say sorry. He could at least have said sorry! The first 3 tans were free with a coupon, I had to pay $ 15 for one tan this time.

Let’s be honest their prices on the merchandise aren’t the most competitive and they don’t claim to be. Having said that they are relatively well stocked and have everything. almost everything you can need. The staff is relatively friendly and not pushy on sales.
I say relatively cuz I had one pushy sales guy who recommended a pretty crappy tasting product. Agreed it is very subjective and so it may not be the case to everyone but it is what it is.
The shake bar has always been a hit and the gals and guys who have made my drink have always been very cordial and very attentive. The shakes have always been spot on and definitely makes for a better meal option than the food at most places. I think they offer a fair value for their price and highly recommend it
4 stars overall and with a little more competitive pricing this will be a 5 star location for the franchise. If you want an indicator of how good it is the shake bar at the gym across the street is always empty!

Might not go back. My first visit was great I was helped out by a very friendly blonde girl. My second and third visit (which was today) were terrible. I had the same guy made my shake both visits, I ordered the stack and got just a regular banana protein shake, no other supplements were added, the guy is really rude and careless. Might try to go back but if he’s at the counter I will be walking right out.

First visit was awesome! Whomever was working was extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. He bade me a sugar free lie carb peanut butter chocolate shake. If this place was slightly closer to my home it would be dangerous! Can’t wait to go back.

I absolutely adore this place. I have been in here enough times to earn a free smoothie with my frequent buyers card, and every time I have come here, the staff has been amazing. To top that off, the store is always well stocked and clean. I have yet to purchase any merchandise here, but I really love their smoothies. They have lots of fresh ingredients and will customize anything for you, if you just explain what you are looking for (i.e., meal replacement, protein, pre– or post– workout, low calorie, low sugar, fancy add-​ins, etc.).
I come here anytime I am looking to add some protein to my diet, or for a meal replacement when I am on the go. LOVE THIS PLACE! :D

Okay this place is fuckn awesome. Initially I just started coming in because I thought the manager was hot and I wanted to stare at him more then I started lingering a bit more not to the extent of a bad fart but more like the smell of fried chicken that makes you want more. Anyways I started hanging there more and all the dudes (and one chick) are cool as shit. Really open people. I’ve never seem them once give poor service to anyone even customers who give attitude. They keep it professional and personable. Just try it out. This place is pretty dope.

I consistently receive excellent customer service at this location. I’ve observed great rapport between the staff and customers, who seem to be regulars, when I come during its busier times. I mentioned that they were out a particular brand of protein bar. They said they’d be sure to order it. I returned today and they not only have my favorite bar, but in many other flavors!
