The owner Monster Bubbles is wonderful. We received tickets as a gift, so even though the location was about 45 minutes from our home, we decided to take the trip and see what this place was all about. We all enjoyed ourselves and on our way home we realized my son had lost his watch there. I immediately emailed them and left a voice message, asking if they would send me their mailing address so that I can mail them a pre-​stamped envelope so that they could return my sons watch once it was found. The owner immediately contacted me back and had her husband go down to the store and search for my sons watch, luckily they found it and paid to have it shipped to our house. I was beyond surprised at how professional and caring they were. Thank you very much.
