Never go back waited 20 minutes in line ordered my food was told to pull around front and 20 minutes later they brought me a partial order, said be right back with the rest of my food waited 15 min and still no food went inside and told cashier and she looked over at another crew member. She said nothing to me. I told her my food is now cold. Several others walked in behind me also with complaints on orders. By this time I was furious and just asked for my money back I went out to my car and brought food back. Then cashier asked me if I wanted her to remake order which I declined she tried to give me cupon for free food which I also declined. I went to Wendy’s across the street and had food in 4 minutes.

I don’t have high expectations for most fast food but some level of customer service should be required of their employees. It took 25 minutes from the moment I got in the drive thru line until I drove off. First, the lady asked for my order. Then when I told her my very simple order, she asked me to repeat it. Okay, no problem. Then she put it in wrong(saw it on the screen) so I corrected her. I pull up and she couldn’t say hi or even give me the amount. I handed her my card and she handed it back. Annoyed but moved on. I really try not to let fast food employees bug me. I pull forward and they give me the wrong order. I tell the girl, «I asked for large» and she said«well it rang up as medium». I’m thinking, I don’t really care how it rang up. I asked for my order a specific size, mainly because I was splitting the meal with someone, so that’s how I want it. I tell her that I told the girl large. I know with 100% certainty how I ordered my meal and I know with 100% certainty, for one reason or another, the diva taking my order wasn’t paying attention OR(giving her the benefit of the doubt) she was distracted. So the girl shuts the window irritated and returns saying, «it will be 40 cents». I pay without argument but honestly, their mistake, they should have let it be especially considering I waited 25 minutes. Again, I don’t have high expectations for fast food but they could do a little better. Perhaps take notes from their competitors In and Out and Chick Fil A.

Went through the drive through on a busy work day. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Classic with fries and headed back to work. I opened my sandwich at work to see a Classic bun, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. WITH A HAMBURGER patty? They even added salt and pepper with out realizing they had the wrong MEAT.
