On January 1, 2016, we were on our way to Pruitt’s to see about an advertised mattress and decided to stop here first. The sales guy, Nick, was so friendly and helpful… and the prices so good on quality mattresses… we decided to buy here and have slept great since.

Outstanding and exemplary service. The staff was patient with me as we tried different mattresses to see what would be the best for me. Delivery was early and efficient. I was not pressured to purchase anything I didn’t need. I was given suggestions and went with what was right for me. I am pleased with my service and the quality bed and extras I purchased. Duane was the sales person and manager I worked with to purchase a nice king mattress. He let us spend as much time as we needed and wanted and made no attempts to lead us to the most expensive in the store. We ordered the mattress and then changed our mind, he cancelled it before delivery on the telephone and never questioned our decision. Month later, ready to purchase, did so and once again dealt with Duane. He never treated us like a pain and helped us choose the perfect mattress without the high sales pitch. Mattress delivered as planned, even prior to delivery time. We are very pleased to find this level of customer service in the Phoenix area and the mattress is perfect too

I needed a new mattress, so I headed over because I saw a sign advertising a sale on queen sized mattresses. I’m on a budget, so this sounded like a great plan. I went in, and the salesperson was helpful and not at all pushy. I tried out the inexpensive model, and it felt pretty good in the store, so I bought it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Delivery was scheduled for a window between 9 and noon a few days later. When I bought the mattress, I was told that I had 100 days to try it out, and that if I didn’t like it, I could return it and would get a refund, minus a $ 150 restocking fee. The delivery drivers came right at the beginning of the delivery window and were done in just a few minutes. They were polite and professional. Unfortunately, mattresses aren’t always as good in real life as they are in the mattress store. After a few weeks, I decided that I didn’t really like the mattress. I went back to the store to arrange for a return. Since the mattress was really inexpensive to begin with, I would have only gotten a few dollars back after the restocking fee. The salesperson worked with me and was able to discount the restocking fee so that I still got back about half of what I paid. The delivery drivers came the next morning, once again at the beginning of the pickup window, and hauled the mattress away. Even though I ended up not liking the mattress, the entire process was hassle-free, and I feel that I was treated like a valued customer.

The gentleman there Duane, was extremely patient and listen to our needs, unlike other experiences we have had! He explained what would happen with our brand-new Tempur-pedic and he was exactly right we absolutely love our purchase and are very satisfied with the customer service!

What a terrible experience! I bought a bed here 4 years ago, spent over $ 900, and it already fell apart. The salesperson wouldn’t honor their warranty, and was extremely rude. I will NEVER return to another Mattress Firm!
