I called because our backyard was becoming a swamp and water was collecting on the side of our house. Luxe Outdoor Environments came out to assess the situation, told me what was wrong, made some recommendations, and came a couple days later to complete the work. Robert, Manuel, and another nice man whose name I cannot recall were extremely professional, thorough, and hardworking. They completed the work an hour earlier than they thought they would, so they reduced the cost because of the saved labor. They installed a pressure-​reducing valve, repaired leaks in drip lines, replaced bad emitters and a sprinkler nozzle. In addition, they replaced valves and replaced the timer (as ours was not working). I usually do my research before I call a company for help. This time I called randomly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company: professional, reliable, and affordable. Plus, they are bonded, licensed, and insured.

Returned from a trip to find a hole in my yard. Yup, one of my drip lines went pop, and water was simply drilling its way towards my foundation. Well, it was time to look at some rehab of the whole system anyway, so I called Pro Outdoor, and they had someone out the next day to assess. The following day, the work began, and the team was great, very professional, very clear with what was happening. Discovered another issue while fixing the identified ones, and we got that fixed the following business day (needed some parts). Calling Pro Outdoor is the best decision I could have made to get my existing system brought back up to snuff.

When it became obvious that it was time to replace our irrigation system, I got 3 quotes for that job along with installment of a paver walkway along the side of my house and stairs down a slope in my back yard. After discussing this job with the 3 contractors, it was an easy choice to go with Pro Outdoor Services. Josh was the only contractor really seemed interested in what we wanted, the only person to offer options on the irrigation system, and offered suggestions based on his experience in this business. For example, Josh asked if we had considered adding lighting along our driveway as it would be a much less expensive job if the trenches were already dug for the irrigation. We had been thinking about this but had not put the two projects together in our minds. This saved us a lot of money over doing it as two jobs.
The job was started on the day that was promised and ended within the timeframe Pro Outdoor Services had promised. Josh and/​or Robert, the manger who oversaw the job on a daily basis, checked in with us daily and kept us informed. The crew was extremely neat and polite. In all the times I’ve dealt with contractors, this was, by far, the most pleasant experience. The irrigation is working without any problems. The paver stairs and walkway are beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent.
Bottom line: High quality work delivered as promised with outstanding customer service.

I couldnt have had a more positve experience with Pro Outdoor Services. From start to finish my whole front and backyard demo and redesign couldn’t have turned out better. Tore out whole front yard and backyard and replaced with quality sod new sprinkler system, new drip, shurbs and curbing. I was pleased to see that high quality parts where used in all the new elements installed. From the start getting an est. from Josh was was a breeze he took the time to listen to my vision and ideas and compliment them with some of his own. There was no pressure no up sell just a colloberation to reach a fantastic finished product. I can’t say enough about Robert who over saw my project, his attention to detail, patients, and expertise went above and beyond, truly an amazing customer experience. Miguel and crew couldn’t have been more polite and hard working. They cleaned up the work site everyday and finished in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. The finish product came out better than expected I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be using Pro Outdoor Services again for patio misters next season because of my previous experience. It’s nice to have complete trust in a company, rare to find these days, I’m glad I found Pro Outdoor Services.
