Lasiter & Jackson

I was incredibly disappointed with Nicole Lasiter. I hired her to represent me in a simple divorce case (no children). I hired Nicole because I wanted someone to guide me through the legal process and protect my nominal interests. Unfortunately, I don’t think Nicole competently or thoughtfully analyzed my case and I believe her representation caused unnecessary stress, delay and costs. I felt incredibly disappointed by how Nicole represented my case. I paid Nicole thousands and thousands of dollars and she ultimately withdrew from my case just days before I was finally scheduled to appear in court. I believe Nicole’s representation left me far worse off. I hired a new attorney and luckily he helped me beyond expectations. I would recommend him to anyone (Robert E. Siesco Jr — he is the finest, most ethical and thoughtful attorney). I can say the experience of working with Nicole, someone I hired as a professional expert to protect my interests, was worse than the emotional stress of going through the divorce itself. I know there are good attorneys out there, but I don’t think Nicole is one of them. Based on my experience I would discourage anyone from hiring her.
