I wish there were 0 stars. This company is terrible. I have been awaiting my delivery since September… It’s January now. I have sent countless emails with no response. I’m close to suing them, I have never wanted to sue anyone before now. Such a disappointment and I absolutely feel as though they stole from me.

I have never received such bad customer service in my life!!! On November 1st, I ordered three watches from Knee Deep Denim on Store . One for me and two as birthday presents for friends. On the 3rd of November I received notification that the order had shipped. On November 13th, I checked the tracking number provided. Because the company and I both live in Phoenix, it shouldn’t take that long to get here. There was no record of the tracking number. I emailed the company and they said it would take 10 business days for me to receive my package. On November 19th, I still hadn’t received my package. Checked the tracking number and there was still no record of the tracking number. I emailed the company and they said they would look into it. The next day I checked the tracking number and it showed that it was finally received by the post office on November 20th. I received a package from the company on November 21st, but it only contained 1 of the watches I ordered. It was missing the watches I ordered for my friends. I emailed them on November 21st asking when the rest of my order will be received. I heard nothing back from them. I emailed them again on November 24. I hear nothing from them. On November 30th, I inquired about my order via a comment on their Instragram page. They responded asking what the problem was both via IG and email. I responded via email on December 2nd, stating that I only received one of the watches I ordered. That I was checking on the status of the other two. Today is December 17th and I still have not received all the items I ordered. The company has done nothing to rectify the situation.

I placed an order in July and no where in their policy did they say they didn’t give back a refund. I returned all items to later find out that they only exchanged the items. I put in the order and have yet to hear a response. I have sent multiple emails but no one seems to be reading them, very unprofessional. It is just unfortunate that they don’t have a phone number because this is very frustrating and its been 3 months.

09÷01÷15 — Order #kneedeepdenim-14677703 Status: Awaiting Shipment On September 1, 2015 I ordered the«Sweet & Simple Vintage Levis High Waist Shorts 7» from Knee Deep Denim on Store . I have not received my order or any updates on the status of my order. The status listed on my Store Envy account«my orders» page reads«Status: Awaiting Shipment» which it has read since September 1st. I have yet to hear anything from Knee Deep Denim. I have contacted them several times with no progress. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone and I have heard nothing since September 1st, when I placed the order. That was 24 days ago! I was so excited about this purchase, and looking forward to shopping Knee Deep Denim again. They have such cute and unique items on their site, but after the terrible customer service and headache I have experienced, I will not be a returning customer. I work in customer service and I worked women’s retail for about 7 years. I am patient and understanding, especially when it comes to a small business getting their start and working out«the kinks». I really hate giving negative reviews, and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this is just beyond UNACCEPTABLE.
